The food is served pretty quick even during the busy hours which is most of the time . I frequently fly from Gatwick and always has a good experience at this Wetherspoon particularly.I do like to dine for their breakfast mainly. Alcohol and hot drinks served too at this place. It’s British cuisine with the pub feel . Hygiene wise I would rate 4/5 pretty clean during the busy hrs .They also serve gluten and vegetarian food . From breakfast to desert you can have it here .

Good food, quick service (with the app you can have your own table service) and good prices

Came here for dinner after landing. plenty of seats, nice ambiance, and servers and bartenders were polite and friendly! Ordered a bowl of fries, soup of the day (broccoli) and teriyaki noodles. As an asian, the teriyaki noodles were pleasantly surprising as it has a strong, rich ginger flavour! Broccoli soup was great too - quite filling and the bread was soft. However, the chips were lacking in flavour and crispness.Additionally, i’d like to point out to those vegetarians out there: although this eatery has plenty of vegetarian options (thank you, btw!), some of their items that are marked V for vegetarians simply aren’t vegetarian... included in this review is a picture of the menu, where you can see that the V symbol was placed beside “creamy mushroom risotto” but listed under the title was “oysters”. I checked with the staff whether the oysters could be removed, but they said that it was already mixed in. Quite disappointed. But overall, a pleasant experience!

A standard weatherspoons breakfast, at the same charge as airside, only difference is this place is usually deserted whereas airside is ram packed, I'd choose this one all day long, there may have been staff training that day, as the staff member didn't recommend me an upgrade to large size, which I would have taken

Tasty chicken jalfrezi and a really cold cider. No delay in being served or the meal arriving. If there is a problem it is that this pub is beyond the entrance to departures so you need to go looking.

Average food, good selection of beers, and not too long serving time. Good place if you crave for a last pint before boarding the plane.

Weatherspoons is exactly what you'd expect but twice as expensive and possibly even less customer service than usual. The food was pretty tasty but maybe that was because we'd been up for 6 hours and our flight was cancelled. We had to explain what a half pint was and that there is a specific glass and the general product knowledge of their food and drinks was limited. To top it off, one barman had refused service to a guy because his group were drunk and another black guy from a separate party walked up and asked to be served but he was refused because this barman assumed they were together. Quite rightly, this dude was upset but in the end him and his friend were ejected from spoons and the drunk party were able to stay!I'd rather not eat than visit this spoons again.

Microwave heated bangers n mash. Too hot to take anywhere near mouth too. See the for yourself. Staff agreed most food are from microwave. Why don't mention this in menu? Never again in any witherspoons

Pub is good place for quick bite and a pint. It's not the best but does the job. Good place to hang out while waiting for your flight.
