Enjoyed a meal here. Very good, though my friend's half a chicken consisted of a leg and wing!! (where was the breast!).. which he had with the spinach, samphire, broccoli which looked good. I had the Nourish Salad which I enjoyed. We had enjoyed the bread and olives to share beforehand. We also enjoyed the Bubble and Squeak Prosecco!

Amazing service and a beautiful restaurant. Everything we had was exceptional, apart from the fish cakes. We weren’t going to say anything, until we were asked, but the fish cakes weren’t very good. Not fishy enough and it would have been nice if they were made in-house.But genuinely couldn’t have faulted the staff or the other dishes at all. Thanks guys!!

Absolutely top notch food couldn't fault it. The choice of cocktails was poor unfortunately though. My wife booked it for my birthday and apparently requested a table not to on top of others but this was completely ignored and not even addressed by the host as she offered us 2 tables in between groups luckily a third table was available further away. The service was ok but the young lad was training and very enthusiastic.

We played the “no reservation game” today and it paid of.My wife and I had been coming to this place separately over 20 years ago. So it was great we could both go now.I have one think that I’d like to make very clear. Tammy is on of the best waitress I’ve ever meet. She ticked every box, she didn’t stop for the whole time we sat at the table. I’d poach her for any of my LDN projects.Again. Tammy is the best waitress there. We also had the pleasure of meeting Luke & Claire.Service 10/10Food 7/10We walked in to be created by the team & the chef was with them. Very strange to see on one of the busiest days in hospitality.Starters came quickly and tasty enoughPrawns & fetaPanko BrieRoast beefRoast pork bellyBoth tasty, and considering the time and day I was happily shocked.Apple & berry crumble & custardChocolate Orange BombCrumble was poor, ratio of crumble shocking, custard from a packet.Chocolate was sickly Rich.Maybe the chef should spend more time in the kitchen in the pass checking all dishes that leave his kitchen. (Must have seen him walk past our table 5 times)A nice change that service beat food.Tammy you are a star and if you choose to stay in hospitality you’ll go far.Thank you for a great time

We had a Valentines Day meal here, and we had a lovely time. A warm welcome, great food and drink. The pub was nicely decorated, and the live music was a nice touch. Thanks for a lovely, memorable evening!

Walk in customers just for a light bite. Made very welcome by efficient and pleasant manageress. Food quality and presentation excellent.staff friendly and efficient.Similar establishment 3 miles up the road that stopped serving food at 3pm on a Saturday could learn a lot.Well done!

My daughter has multiple allergies (I breastfeed so have to stay away from allergies too) and the Manager lady has always been so super helpful in finding and checking dishes I can eat. We have also had the server Caroline on a few occasions and she too has been super helpful and even remembering some of my allergies when we go back (there’s quite a few 🙈).Not only helpful but also really friendly, warm and welcoming. It’s because of these two ladies that we always go back. 😁

Huge decline in quality of food and service since our previous visit before the lockdown. One of the dishes ordered was fish & chips, which was dry as result of being over-fried beyond any acceptable standard (any respectable chief would just toss it in the bin), the other dishes were acceptable but definitely not worth the premium the place charges Hopefully the venue will improve back to its old standard.

It's a very nice place for sure. The food was good and prices about average for a gastro pub. My only criticism would be the menu , could do with a bit more choice. I imagine, though, that a smaller menu is better for quality Control. Staff were very good.

The restaurant had a good vibe and nice decor. The staff were friendly and patient. We ordered a wide range of dishes and everyone enjoyed their meals. Thumbs up from my family, we will be returning for more good times.
