Me and my friend visited for lunch today and I won't ever be back for sure. I mentioned that for a 17 pound meal from what is essentially a kebab shop they could atleast include a drink. That was my crime before the female elder lady started shouting at me that my meal didn't include a drink. Had I not been with my friend I would have simply left and saved my ÂŁ37. The male staff member explained that her English wasn't very good and that she didn't mean to be rude but I'm sorry her English was good enough for her to be extremely rude and make us feel uncomfortable! Get rid of her she will loose you business. The guy was lovely and I guess he tried to lighten the mood but the damage was done and I won't be back neither will I recommend. The fish tasted fresh, underseasoned but good enough. Goodluck to.this place unless the customer service improves I don't see it lasting much longer. We entered the restaurant and was simply ignored. Even if your busy greet customers it goes a long way especially when they have to stand around waiting 15 mins for a clean table to sit at!!!Considering I gave them a great review about a year ago it's disappointing to have to write this very honest update.

Terrible experience todayMy son clearly ordered a grilled chicken burger on the phone with chilli sauce, mayonnaise, salad and cheese, however when we opened we the burger, we received a burger with only little mayo and cheese, following this I made a call to Troy barbeque , to inform them of their mistake, instead they spoke extremely rudely and hang up the phone, I went to the shop and nobody apologised or even offered to make a new burger, they gave me a refund instead, this experience was extremely terrible, so anyone who wishes to order from here please kindly check your order before bringing it back home to avoid a situation like mine.

My experience was awful. Where the taste of the kebabs is not too bad is what comes after is the worst. I went there with my wife and the very next day and even before as it started the same night we had a food poisoning, this was the only meal we had in common hence why I know it is from there. We had exaclty the same symptoms vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps and the worst is that we have passed it to our daughter who is 16 months old. It was a really tough 3 days, we even had the paramedics at home as we were really worried. Please consider before going there if it is really worth it. The hygiene or the practices must be reviewed there for sure.

As a regular customer for probably 10 years I would’ve said great things once! but unfortunately it has drastically gone down hill! The waiting time is ridiculous and when it does turn up the food is Luke warm!

I ordered donner meat and chips from here recently, the food ended up giving me the worst stomach cramps, runs and vomiting that I have ever experienced for 3 days straight. I was not able to work and just felt so awful and completely drained. And when I called for a refund the manager denied me this even after telling him how bad I was. After being a loyal customer for many years I will now no longer be ordering from Troys again and I strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you want to risk a terrible couple of days off sick, not worth it.

Excellent. Both dine in and Take out.

The food here is good, we eat from here a lot when we are working night shifts - prob put a good £500 each month through your books…But, to make a customer wait 3 hours for a delivery is poor form! And not so much as an apology! We will go elsewhere from now on. Congrats

A kebab shop next to high street. An average level customer service from staff, can be a bit more friendly as we also know can’t expect much in a kebab shop. A good capacity eat in area with about 4 tables. My brother liked his chicken kebab which was a good quantity for a large portion. I had lamb shish kebab, I found it less for the price they charged. It tasted good but good be better. We bought nuggets and chips for kids, but again found it expensive for the quality they served. Kids leftover half of plate as they didn’t liked the taste. They can be better if they improve their customer service and quality of food. Might visit again and would recommend a visit for others, better than other kebab shops in the area.

Although prices have increased dramatically over the years the food is very good and tastes delicious and fresh.Me and my friend always go here and we're yet to be dissapointed. Customer service is fab the lads are polite and attentive to their customer. You don't feel rushed out of the place and overall its just a nice joint to sit eat and chat. I do recommend the sea bass with rice if your a fish lover I tried it as I wanted something different from my usual orders and it was absolutely delish. The fish was seasoned and grilled to perfection. I think that will be my new go to dish now.

The kebabs are really delicious ... doner and sheek kebabs are very nice ... all kebabs are served with salad and pita bred ....they do a meal option too and have fish and chips too ... although in fish it's only limited option .... last time I went it was only Seabass .. overall good food..... the meal deals usually are kebabs or burgers with chips and a drink or combination kebabs with chips abs drinks .. you can opt for rice instead of chips too
