My review is for the service. The food here is fine. Main course was served reasonably quickly which was a result as the family next to us seem to have been served everybody elses food rather than their own and some of their group were served a LONG time after everybody else. Once they'd left their dirty plates were left on the table next to us for an age. Actually lots of tables had dirty plates on which was strange given the abundance of staff and the lack of customers. We waited a long time to get a menu to order dessert. We then waited nearly half an hour for our ice cream to arrive. I had to ask someone if they'd forgotten us. 2 plates of half melted ice cream duly arrived. The server laughed when I commented on the melted ice cream. No cutlery arrived with it so I went and found some myself. We've been in on other nights when they've been much busier and the service has been fine. Avoid Sunday nights if you don't have hours to kill and don't mind minimal effort servers.

Oh my days!Disaster!Do not go here or order during busy times. What a shame I love wagamamas! They are leading the industry with vegan and gluten free mainstream restaurants. Normally it's great! We queued for over an hour and it was pretty cold. They didn't have enough kitchen staff! The restaurant was mostly empty while people in the queue looked inside in wonder... People getting collections were also waiting a long time.. we saw one girl standing in the corner for around an hour and a half... She wasn't even offered a seat. They said they were seating people every 5 mins so kitchen staff could keep up. Which meant the heavily pregnant woman in front of us was left standing in the cold for over an hour also I can't understand why they couldn't sit people down in a mostly empty restaurant.Once seated a group were seated right next to us... Now I know covid protocols have been dropped but the restaurant was mostly empty. When the food eventually came it was poor the ramen was basically a bowl of water full of corriander or something. (See picture)....I understand they can't keep up with online orders and restaurant demand but simply turn people away. We were offered a free dessert and replacement ramen but we did not want to be waiting we had already long missed our film and it was really late by this time... The evening was a real write off.I feel for the waiting staff but it seems like it has been like this for a while!Absolute shambles!

Healthy choices, great tastes. Good took a little longer than normal but worth while. The staff were friendly and pleased to help.

Such lovely fresh cooked food here. Shame that not all of the menu was available due to short staff however the vegan selection was still great. Tasted lovely and great price.

I had an excellent time at wagamama. I went to get some take out, but the customer service I received while I was waiting was exceptional, the whole vibe couldn't be better, the presentation of the food, the flavours were incredible. I think the best I had in a long time. It's definitely worth the price.

We have been waiting for staff to finish chatting and seat as. As so we seen other people too. Which wasn't a good start with. As soon as we got a table, I have noticed so much food on the floor. Looked like 2yrs old kid was eating by this table. Although the food was good and prices ok. I felt like in a canteen.

There was a bit of a queue outside but we were greeted quickly, told a rough waiting time and given free green tea due to the cold. We believe the girl who looked after the queue was a new member of staff and she was incredible! Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We were served by Dave and he was amazing, so friendly, vibrant and gave us such good thoughts and recommendations. The restaurant was so busy but we didn’t like the staff were at all panicked or rushed, everything was very smooth.

Having a cheeky Wagamama with my son.Been here several times before - can be a bit hit and miss with the service, but today was friendly and efficient. The menu is good, and today was well prepared. It can get a little noisy at times…perhaps I’m getting old ;-)Not a bad example of this chain.

I am very impressed by the high quality food and service. Will definitely visit again! Miguel who served us was kind and quick, food was absolutely amazing and the environment was clean and tidy. I have no words to describe the desserts, explosion! Can’t wait to try something different next time! Wagamama is a good choice if you are looking for quality of service, food and clean environment!

Queue wasn't too long to get in, really good food but it took a long time for someone to put down our order and no one responded to our request for condiments until asked for again. That being said, it was Father's day and we came at around lunchtime, so probably more busy than usual. Overall, a lovely place, would recommend.
