I expected better customer service from such a well known branded restaurant.A party of 6 of us went for afternoon tea. The scones tasted of onion. When raised with service staff, one was whisked away to the chef, who apparently sniffed it, said there was nothing wrong with it and said scone was return to our table. REALLY?NOT IMPRESSED!

The other day I had the pleasure of experiencing Brown's Bluewater for the first time. We were very happy at the friendly service and attention to detail Amelia gave us throughout the evening. The food was truly scrumptious, we will definitely be returning soon.

My Wife and I paid a visit to Bluewater last week and eat at our favourite restaurant, Browns. Not the cheapest food available but you get what you pay for. Food and service were exceptional as always and our waitress, Amelia, couldn't be more helpful and was always smiling. Thanks Amelia, wonderful service as always.

Really nice place. Perfect restaurant for a night out with family or friends.

Excellent afternoon tea for myself & a friend, nice sandwiches & delicious cakes. The lady who served us was very friendly & attentive. It's the second time I've had an afternoon tea at Browns & look forward to the next one!

Visited for Sunday lunch today & was very disappointed that both beef & schnitzel had run out! Ended up choosing roast chicken & received 2 legs, (I don't like red meat), so wasn't great! Crumble was very indifferent with little flavour & ice cream melted into napkin under mega hot crumble dish - no warning from server either! Found menu pretty limited & bit pricey, so not sure I would return in a hurry.

Always had a great experience in Brown's Bluewater! We absolutely love the service and the food is amazing. You get what you paid for ! Why do people complain it is expensive? Have you tried the steak? It is the best steak I had so far.We also booked for New year s Eve. Price is decent and you can have a great evening with family in a good atmosphere.Keep it up guys, you doing a good job.

Had a great meal, the service was really friendly and our waitress was able to answer the random questions we had with a smile. Lots of room on our table of 4 and we were well spaced from other diners. Not the cheapest menu at Bluewater I'm sure, but the food, especially mains, were really tasty.

Good food, when they have it available. So many times dishes are not available as sold out or we have not received the raw ingredients. They are close to a couple of big quality supermarkets, if you have run out of prawns buy more locally to keep the customers happy.

I went there with my family for lunch for my husband's birthday. It is a lovely place with nice ambience and well spaced seating. Food was great and so was the service. I am vegetarian and though there is not much choice, but what they do have tasted delicious and worth the visit! I had butternut squash curry with rice and it was sumptuously tasty. A lovely afternoon with my family. Will visit again.
