Burger King in Dartford

I walked in and there was no one at the numerous tills.after about 5 minutes I had to shout "hello" to get served. The lad who served me was less than engaging. They ran out of ketchup and diet coke. The food was OK but a less than adequate portion of fries. I won't be returning anytime soon .

I have never seen a dirtier restaurant than this. The loo was a pool of urine that flew out when you opened the door.The tables looked like they had never been cleaned, and the floor was sticky and disgusting.We didn't have the appetite to eat here.

I have just been there for dinner. It took literally 30 minutes between the order being placed and delivered on hand to me at the restaurant. They had about six staff members, looked busy but not so many customers in the restaurant or at the drive thru.There is no screen where customers can see their order numbers. Staff shouted the items ordered. There is no lane signed to place orders at this restaurant and so some customers almost placed a fight. The store manager on duty (if there is any) did not act on people's complaints while I was there for 30 minutes waiting for a single whooper.However, my burger was well packed and warm. But 30 minutes is not acceptable!

This reataurant has long been inadequate! The outside of of the place looks almost derelict weeds overgrown everywhere and just looks like no care is taken at all! The only way this place still exists is because there is not another burger king drive through for miles! The management need to take a good look at the place and the things that could be done to make this place amazing are very simple!! ive never had a problem with the food but the place does not instill any confidence! Also teach your staff some manners!!! Ive never been in the reataurant trade but even as a customer i could massively improve this place! Sort it out!!!

Wait is appalling also some staff need to be retrained on the rules and vouchers.Customer service could be much better for fast food its not very fast at all. Will not be visiting this one again. Maybe gravesend branch manager can help this site out and bring it up to burger King standards

Keep on driving past worst burger King I've ever been too. Restroom was a mess and dirty restaurant wasn't any better. The restaurant was cold and dirty, the bin was over flowing service was poor. Food quality was also bad looked like it had been thrown together.

Order is always missing items, amazingly its often a burger. If you're lucky it'll be warm. This place is bizarrely and constantly incompetent. I love a burger king, but this place is horrendous. I've given em chance after chance. Do not waste your time or money here

.....DO NOT COME HERE...Got be the worst place ever. I ordered 2 whooper meals. Took forever to get my order, the drinks machine was 90% not working, only coke worked.. The meal was COLD, and when I mean COLD the coke drink was warmer..The place was a mess, food on the floor, and explaines why there's rats running around in the car park. This place should be closed down

Wow this is by far the worst fast food restaurant I have ever visited food was Luke warm at best bread was verging on being stale . The staff seemed uninterested and a bloody good clean would go a miss and they can't blame it on being busy as only 4 customers in store . Will not be returning

Updared review: see below for initial 2 star review.1 star review this.Our little'un chose this as we're were visiting somewhere close by and in all honesty, it was an awful experience and I doubt we'll be back.Our order took almost 30 minutes to arrive and it wasn't even busy.A part of the order was missing, and although it was promptly rectified, this shouldn't happen.We didn't even order much. We had to ask for napkins, and straws.Just avoid and go to McDonald's round the corner.******************The food is the food, which is why we went here.But after using the drive through and having to wait out front for about 15 minutes I went inside to find out that our order hadn't even been prepped.The girl that served us appeared moody and disinterested in helping others leading to delays.In all, it took over 30 minutes from ordering until we actually received our food.To add to it, it wasn't even that busy customer with a few in the drive through and 1 in store.Avoid unless you have plenty of time to spare
