Average burgers. I much prefer GBK. The last time I attended here sadly I found a huge lump of gristle or something hard in my burger which instantly put me off and I haven't returned since. However, the sides are quite nice and the milkshakes are lovely also!

Amazing service and food! I mistakenly ordered the wrong item and it was resolved instantly!! Dinner saved!!!!The beyond beef patty alternative tastes very yummy and almost like meat! One very happy customer!! :)

Another great experience at Byron today, we have been customers of this branch for at least 4 years now. Food is great, also wanted to mention Megan who served us today and has done for a number of years at this branch. What a fantastic, bright, energetic and enthusiastic member of your team she is, you're lucky to have staff like this. Hard to find.

We arrived early for our booking but they still fitted us in. Very lovely waitress, she was understanding with our son. Lovely experience for us all. Very nice food, served very hot.

Food was amazing!! One of the nicest burgers we've ever had we had the smokey blue and the cali cheese, halloumi fries onion rings and fries all cooked perfectly. It was very busy on a Saturday evening so our food came out in parts which was a bit of a shame. Will be back again

Food was tasty. The chicken starters are particularly nice. Unfortunately the service let us down. Felt as if they rushed away very quickly and we kept having to call them over again for sauces and to clear the table etc. Probably wouldn't go again but don't regret our visit.

Top notch, great new menu, the quality of the service and the food has definitely gone up in Byron since we were here last, the coleslaw was amazing and the beef patty’s were to die for, this restaurant is a must visit its really worth it. Special mention to Charlie who looked after us really well and kept our drinks topped up, thank you.

Good food, good service. Quite expensive for 2 burgers at £41 cheapest soft drinks at £3 @ bottle, and I ate from the lunchtime menu at £9.95.Slightly let down by ripped seats in the booths and urine stained toilet seats. As in the plastic has been stained yellow.I always add a tip, normally 15%, so when a 10% tip is added to a table of two I find it a bit presumptuous. Pay your staff better if they have to rely on stealth tips.

Visited the Bluewater Byron having eaten there while in London before. I enjoyed my dinner and the halloumi fries which I'd definitely recommend.Few reasons for not giving the 5*. My wife didn't like the meaty texture of her veggie option burger and there only seemed to be 2 non meat burgers. Also it was reasonably expensive for what it was which I don't mind if you both enjoy your meal but on this occasion we were split.

Burguers are amazing and there's a gluten-free bun. Staff do not wear masks and I didn't see them sanitising hands once.
