Campanile Dartford Restaurant in Dartford

Bar closed on Sunday, no evening restaurant for the 2 nights I was there, and scruffy public areas, made this a less good experience than it should have been. Other hotels do a much better job for not a lot more money.

this is a nice place to sit and relax, staff are very friendly and helpful. I did not stay in the hotel my friend did, and I visited him. but what he did say and what I saw, was good. 2022

Nice and quiet during the day for a night worker to sleep only problem 3 single beds in room made less movement around room

Bed had pot holes in it. Sheets were as thin as toilet roll. Bathroom stink and I ended up with 2 spots on my forehead for a one night stay. Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in

Very disappointed by the reception. There were some street racing happening in the middle of the night next to the hotel on A206, and when I called the reception to ask if they could sort it by calling British Transport Police, not only the receptionist said "it is just the way it is you have to deal with it, there is nothing I can do about it", but he said he would not call the police, when I suggested it. I have stayed several times in Campanile in the past, and this poor service proves that this time may be the last.

Stayed at this hotel away with work for from 15th of November. Room was good for what I needed. Staff were great all round, special mention for Jamie at the bar who gets everyone interacting with his jokes and attitude. He deserves more credit than he gets, even when a party of 60 people turn up and rammed off his feet, he’s still serving drinks and food on his own doing an amazing job. Will definitely be staying again due to Jamie alone!

Have stayed here many times. Staff have always been helpful and pleasant. Ideally located at the foot of the Dartford crossing which makes moving around easy. The bar and restaurant are relaxing and worth a visit

Decent hotel for the price, the room was clean, it was quite basic with my only issue with it being the lack of plug sockets as for a room for 2 people it only had 2 plug sockets. The staff where all friendly and polite too, we also ate in the restaurant which was good for the price, again quite a small menu but the food was all very good. Lastly the location is good as it is easy to get to and very secure as it is on an estate that has a security gate at the entrance. Could do with a bit of makeover to update it a bit.

This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When we arrived it took over an hour to book in, the reception smelled of chip fat and the restraunt looked like an 80's nightclub. The rooms were very basic, thin mattress and very poor quality pillows (only 2) one of our parties rooms was coverd in dog hair and aggravated her asthma. Unfortunately we had to endure 2 night here until we could move to better accommodation. Avoid at all costs, whatever you pay it's to much for this hotel.

I stayed at this Hotel for 3 days,,on the 2nd day i found out that i needed 1 extra night ,i enquired at reception, they told me £68 , i said book me the night please, as he went to make the booking it went up in price in a matter of seconds, not once in the 3 days was my room cleaned, the bin is overflowing, beds not changed or made ,no clean towels and throughout the hotel it stinks of Weed. The bar restaurant is great with a great service.
