Carluccio's - Bluewater in Dartford

We had a lovely Sunday lunch. Our waitress Charley was looking after us fantastically. She was really friendly and professional. The food and drinks were very tasty! Definitely will return.

Waited an extremely long time for the food to arrive. When it did arrive the food was cold and tasteless. The waiter we had is great and clearly understaffed. For the price of the bland meal I wouldn't come to this place again.

Nicely refurbished with comfortable seating and decorated well. Has a cosy feel to the restaurant now. Food, as always, was delicious but could have been slightly warmer. Unfortunately there was no obvious areas for each waiter/waitress and we were served by three different people. Would recommend, but you will need to book, especially on Fridays or Saturdays

We hadn't been here in a while so was nice to be greeted by the lovely, helpful and friendly Dehlia, who took our order. We had a lovely breakfast each and then shared pancakes which were delicious. Great service and good value for money. Thank you

Absolutely lovely food, the waitress we had called Charlie was just so polite and asked if we needed extra plates, had enough drink, if the food was up to our standards, just wonderful service all around. We added an extra glass of wine to our bill but it ended up not coming, and she apologised and removed it straight away without hesitation. Deserves a raise 100%.

Dropped by for a quick lunch whilst shopping. Staff were nice and friendly. Good range of options on the menu, and our meals were nice. Tables were adequately spaced and it didn't feel crowded at all. Overall a good experience.

Really fantastic food. Great gluten free menu, so nice to be able to have a choice of things. Plates came with reassuring Gluten free stickers. Staff very helpful and polite. Wonderful coffee. Heavenly divine pudding. If I could give this restaurant 6 stars I would. 🌟

I've always liked the breakfasts at Carluccio's; the evening meals, not so much. They also sell stuff to take away, biscuits, pasta, jars of sauce, that kind of stuff.

Very disappointed. Waited over 40 mins for food. Pasta dish came over cold and dry. Risotto also cold, looked like porridge. Clearly had been waiting on the pass for a long time. Upon taking a bite of the sausage that came in the pasta dish, it was raw and still frozen. Left with a full refund and waiting staff dealt with the situation as best they could.I understand that mistakes can happen, but I feel obligated to write this review because in addition to the unsafe, raw meat, every dish served to the table was shockingly poor quality. Steer clear.
