Deli Bar Marks & Spencer in Dartford

A huge thank you to the manager and staff, they helped me providing a wheelchair, when my daughter explained the rental place had no wheelchairs available. You really saved the day, thank you again.

The Foodhall for M&S recently went through a refit, and in all honesty, wow.It's nice and clean looking, spacious, and well set up.Easy to see where everything is thanks to all the POS, and they now do a nice variety of stock. A good mix of name brands and their stuff gives good reason to shop here.And although it isn't the cheapest, it's definitely worth the occasional treat (I recommend the blueberry muffins).Well worth shopping here, even if just every now and then.

New food hall looks great! Think they could do with clearer signage for your lunch meal area as is new completely different location.Food nice as always and clean

I tried to try on shirts but the lady in the dressing area was very rude. She asked me what I had and I replied I 2 shirts to try on. Bearing in mind, most shops ask the number of items you have, here it’s the type of shirt you have and they have separate shirt for trying on so they don’t open the packaging. The man has to step in and ask me the type of shirts I had. It didn’t fit in me in the end. Additionally I felt the socks where over priced.

I had a wonderful time at marks and Spencer. We were helped by 2 amazing lovely Ladies sue and Debbie!! In short period they helped us find our bra fitting without an Appointment. If you do need help in marks bluewater recommend to go Debbie and Sue.❤❤❤

Always a pleasant experience in Marks and Spencer but my most recent trip was vastly improved by the excellent, friendly and warm customer service given by Tracey Quinn in ladies wear. What an absolute credit to the store!

I shop in M&S Bluewater food hall every week.We always go to the Lady called Fay on the checkout .She is the most pleasant lady to speak to always so polite but always has a smile & cheery word & conversation.She is a credit to your store.well done M&S BluewaterMrs A Rowe

I went to shop at the food hall in Marks and Spencer at Bluewater with my elderly disabled sister. she had difficulty in walking very far and became in need of a seat to rest in. I asked a member of staff where she could find a seat and was shocked to be told that there were no seats available, anywhere in the department, even for the staff. A supervisor had to go to a member of management to gain permission to get a chair from the office and came back eventually with an office chair. Considering the fact that a large number of MandS customers are elderly, this lack of thought for the needs of these customers in quite inexcusable

Very clean, well presented and great atmosphere. I never bought anything from them, so I can't say alot about their quality, but they are well presented and hard working to keep everything neat and shiny, to look attractive for the customers eye and clean from preventing covid-19 spread. Definitely recomend to visit it. Also it's one of the entry points to bluewater from the car park, so they location is perfectly thought through as well. Enjoy Your stay there!.. Also if You want to enter the shop, grab Your mask with You. Otherwise You will be politely asked to leave.

This is a fantastic store especially at this time of year when searching for Christmas presents. Good range of clothes for men, women and children, probably more suited to the over 30's as shops like Next, New Look and Top Shop etc seem to cater more for the younger generation. Staff are generally knowledgeable and willing to help. Store prices aren't too bad considering the size and overheads of a store of this size and the layout is good with plenty of signs showing all the different departments. Food hall very good. Obviously free car parking at Bluewater is always a bonus. Please see my pictures.
