Dennis Of Bexley in Dartford

Went in here just before closing and was lucky to find that they were still making sandwiches. Granary bread was lovely soft and fresh, packed with cheese and placed in a paper, self sealing type of package. This made a pouch to eat the sandwich out of.Staff were friendly and courteous. The shop was clean, tidy and had a cosy yet upmarket feel to it. It has a wide easy access door and a large, level floor space inside. Good for wheelchair access. The shop is next to a free car park as an added bonus.

Great food and a good selection of different fillings on the sandwich counter.

Fantastic butchers, best I’ve ever been to, good hot and cold food options too.I do wish they’d mark up what sausages they are using for their sausage bagguets though, normally standard sausage but today they were some odd tomato/chorizo infused sausage, which I was an unpleasant surprise when I got it home.*that’s why they lost a star-otherwise brilliant store.

Came to this butchers for the first time and was amazed at the selection and quality of produce on offer, couple that with the first class service, this place is a must for anyone looking to get some top quality produce. Awards and trophies adorn the entire shop and quite rightly so

I am a regular customer from West malling and its the only place that sells good quality food. I purchased some pies, sausage rolls and a lasagna last week, these were absolutely delicious. I must say though, that the lasagna was top quality, it was packed with flavor and well prepared . I would Definitely recommend the lasagna !!!

Honestly will never be coming here again. Now it was my first time being here and i was not impressed at all. Now this isnt a conplaint towards the food but it is a complaint about staff. This was earlier today. Now not only were the staff not very happy. I gather the boss maybe as he was in a shirt instead of a polo wasnt speaking very nicely to another member of staff a girl to be extact and i know the conversation ended with her very upset and crying. Now admittedly i don't know the whole story but that is not something a customer should see i feel it should have been done away from customers. I didn't feel very comfortable and do not feel this is acceptable. I will be finding somewhere else to go from now on.

I have always loved the food from Dennis and the service has always been great but it seems of late that customers (or maybe just me ) have to pack their own bags . I have always had my food packed by the staff and as I always order quite a lot it’s tricky to do it at the counter when it’s raised up too.Now if this is a covid issue I understand but they do wear gloves.Perhaps the owner would like to comment on this on the website and confirm that they don’t pack anymore , I actually get better service at londis next door .

Always very rude!!! Could have spent 0ver £200 due to Xmas order/part treats but was forced out of shop due to closing time!!!Again very rude AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!The staff just did not want to be there. Will be going to spend my £200 -£500 at another local deli.

Forgot what a hidden gem this place is, its been years since I've visited. Fantastic restaurant quality food, amazing choice and so well priced. When we are too busy too cook, we would much prefer the 2 for £14 meals than get a takeaway so looks like we will be seeing more of you soon.
