Domino's Pizza in Dartford

Georgia the manger absolutely fantastic customer service 10/10 one of the best manger in the franchise. She cooked my family’s food and it was a good solid 10/10. 100% would order again.

Cold!, Margarita was just burnt cheese and tasteless. Chicken wings were gelatinous.Will not order from this franchise again.£20 straight in the bin. Note to self make yourself sandwich….

We were ordering from there from years but I must say that quality of the food recently dropped. We ordered pizza on Saturday and we all ended up with the worst food poisoning ever. My son couldn't go to school as was and still is in so much pain, he's so ill. AVOID!!!

was waiting for pizza 2hours got it all cold and burnt just a money waste what kind of people working there?! if you provide so low quality food people gets poinsoned, theres a problem inside this place i guess if they selling burnt poinsoned pizzas and dont give a fak about. shame

Ordered a deal and 2 items were burnt which was cookies and pizza. They replaced it quickly which was great but the pizza was burnt again. The delivery driver agreed but when I spoke to manager 'Vesela' she told me she personly checked it and it was fine even though large amounts of it were black. She said its how they make pizzas and was very rude and dismissive. She told me I would be refunded in 3-5 days but in my eyes that's not good enough. She said 'what do want me to do about it' which is a complete joke. I got angry and used language I shouldn't have which I apologise for but would not recommend this place to anyone.

Only giving 1 star as theres no choice for a 0! I've never known such bad customer service! Vesela the manager really couldn't care less about the customers! I was sent a burnt pizza, sent it back only for it to be replaced with another burnt pizza. Her words were 'what do you want me to do about it.' Absolutely disgusted with her attitude and will never be ordering from there! They really need to rethink who they want running that establishment!

We ordered pizzas just 1 minute before their closing time and a very polite lady Raj didn’t refuse even though they were all packing up for the day and this is past midnight. Even at this hour the guys had a smile on their face and they let me collect the pizzas. Superb service. Slept with a full stomach. Thanks guys.

Absolute trash pizza, staff moan if you ask for it well done because it is generally dragged out the oven early when they are busy to suit them, which leaves the pizza floppy and doughy. I Had hair in my food said they would remake it but when it came back it looked suspiciously like someone had done something to it because I complained! Rude Eastern European women manager clearly doesn’t understand what your saying then gives you attitude when you complain. Asked not to buzz because baby was sleeping. When the driver turned up repeatedly buzzed multiple times Won’t be ordering from here ever again!!!!

Ordered online, took over 45 minutes to arrive and then when it did eventually turn up order was wrong. Called store who didn’t seem to really care and said they would just give me a free pizza next time. Told them I ordered a Texas bbq stuffed crust and they have sent a Hawaiian on a normal base which I don’t like. They told me they would send me out the pizza I ordered and would make it a priority and would be with me in 15 minutes, 25 minutes later it had still not arrived so called back to be told it still wasn’t even out for delivery. I will never use this store again, always been happy with dominos but after the service this time I will think twice before I order again.

I usually collect from here and other than one occasion having to wait longer than usual it's generally pleasant here.Few deliveries I've had have been quick and pizzas piping hot.Pizza Tracker is a waste of time as they never seem to stick to it, but this ain't really an issue for me as they're pretty quick regardless.Definitely expect delays during busy periods as service naturally slows down.
