Dunelm in Dartford

Super friendly helpful staff but why only have 2 checkouts open 30 minutes in queue.

So Disappointed ,I bought two stools two months ago. One has broken and having tried to phone the branch at Dartford many times, because I could not find the receipt , I decided to go there. The lady I spoke to tried to help and contacted a manager, who said no receipt no replacement. Asked if I had an E receipt or a bank statement but I did not and then said I could prove via my bank app the payment i had made. This was apparently not acceptable. Not 2 months old, faulty and obviously not their problem . £80 wasted, what happened to customer service?

I bought a pair of own brand comfortzone pillows for side sleepers, and I've had the best night sleep in years. These will now always be my 'go to' pillows.

Helpful staff member who couldn't do enough for you in the curtain department. Not pushy just good advice given. Pity didn't get her name. Plenty of free parking available. Plenty of stock, today offering 20% of various items. Definitely worth paying a visit if you haven't been.

(29 December 2021) A busy day for the staff with constant restocking going on. I was after a rug and a staff member Anna was super nice and very helpful, she just helped someone before me and then another straight after. She was running the show on rugs and had the nicest attitude about it, keep her dunelm she's a good one 👍 If all staff are as nice and helpful I'll be back again and again.

This visit was only to collect items I ordered online. On previous visits I have found this store to be excellent value and choice. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Trouble free online transaction, continuous update given on when click & collect item can picked up as well as delivery. Staff at Dunelm Dartford were polite and helpful.

Good shop well worth a look inside easy free parking and they will put large items in your car for you. Kitchen and bedroom items seem to be popular.
