Farmhouse Pizza in Dartford

This is the worst pizza shop I have ever ordered from. We waited over an hour and a half for the pizza to arrive then it was stone cold and looked like it had been cooked 3 days earlier - the toppings looked rotten and tasted nasty.We called 4 times and they kept telling us it would be with us in 10mins. Awful customer service!!! We got the wrong dips sent and the desserts were dry and had to be binned. DO NOT ORDER.

Waited an hour for some from-frozen pizza. Had the gall to charge £20 for 2 frozen pizzas. Charlatans.

Terrible. Charged me for food that never arrived. Horribly late.

Ordered and waited more than one hour of the estimated delivery time and then they said food was delivered but i never received! Tried to call but nobody picked up. called them an hour later again and they said there was no driver! They clearly lied because on the app it said its delivered. Appalling customer service as the person who took the call lied to me and was rude. Disgusting. 10PM and couldn’t have my dinner because of their incompetence

Was 2.5 to 3 hours late. No answer in that time waiting. Rang about 10 times. Can’t comment on the food as I ordered somewhere else and that came before these amateurs. Asked for a refund. Still nothing.

They cancelled my order because I asked to replace the beef with veg/prawns... #veganlivesmatter Really rude pakistani/bengali guy on the phone, stating that I 'only wanted half price pizza'... The one that sounds like a virgin.

I don’t know what others wrote about this place, but I had been ordering from them since I moved to London back in April, 2020. It is obsoletely sensational service from customer service to the tasty food they provide. It is highly recommended.

Do not order from here, ordered pizza and waited 2 hours and it didn’t even arrive.. called the restaurant asking about it and they said they couldn’t do anything about it because it was marked as delivered .. didn’t issue a refund, took the money and cut the phone. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER
