Quality food, good portions and very good service. Even though it was very busy, I was very impressed with how the staff managed really well to look after their customers with a smile on their face. Empty tables were cleaned quickly. Just a very efficiently ran restaurant.

BOOM! Great Grilled Chicken Burger with Extra Bacon. Service was welcoming and greeting was swift and friendly. Decor nice but could do with a make over.

It was so wonderful to try out The beyond burger! Absolutely fantastic. Also thank you Edita and super friendly staff. You guys have been so helpful and made my day bright!

First time to a gbk , med rare loaded burger amazing , partners panko chicken pesto burger amazing, vegan choc milk shake also lovely. Could order on app or bar, prefer server service but food was great the best for a while and staff were also nice friendly helpful .thank you

Me and a friend dined here on 27/01/22. The chicken burger that was served to us was clearly raw inside, after noticing, we called the waiter over who then called his manager. When I asked if She would eat the chicken burger she replied "It looks okay to me, I would eat the other half". What sort of comment is that! I then asked, is this safe for me to eat, yes or no? and She replied "would you like me to change it?" of course I do! I am lucky that I cut the burger in half as if I hadn't, I may of been subject to food poisoning. I will not be returning.

I visited your branch at blue water with 2 children on 23rd Jan. I placed my order online as instructed by the staff member.However the staff member assigned us a wrong table number as the table numbers are written on cups which can be moved. So I placed an order with table number 46.Then after waiting for 25 min, I asked the same person about our order and he said to wait for 30 minThen another person came and he said if he can help. He then spotted the mistake and assigned us a table number 29 and we got served in next 25min.Really unhappy with this. It becomes really difficult to manage with kids.Also when the food did arrive, I found that fries were missing from chicken bundle. It is mandatory selection of the order but it did not appear even in the list.I have also written to you asking to refund me for the food that was missing but I have not heard back at all

We’ve been waiting for incomplete orders and when we ask an waiter for help he sent us at the bar to speak and resolve our problem. You can see how busy they are… never come back!!

Bought an burger and chips for my break as I wanted to treat myself , was amazing ordered it 2 hours b4 I wanted it and when I collected its was ready to go ..lovely service and yummy burger and yummy chips , just what I needed , freshly cooked food, I have the avocado and bacon beef burger. 🥑🥓🍔🍟good price too .

Came here today to have a Sunday lunch. As with what’s going on right now (COVID-19) the ordering process was through your mobile phone. This making the ordering process more efficient and decreasing spread of the virus which was a good thing. However, when we finished ordering our food we noticed it took a rather long time to come to us.. so about an hour later we asked the waiter if the order was processed. Turns out the payment did NOT go through when it said clearly it had on the app. So instead we ordered again traditionally and within 20 or so minutes all the food was delivered. As usual the Burgers and skinny fries were delicious. Something you cannot fault with GBK. But please GBK if you’re listening please fix your app because it’s an absolute must to prevent customers waiting for absurdly long times.Written (18/10/2020)

If I could grade onion rings by the amount of times that my partner said "Mmm, these are really good," then the massive stack of rings that we got at GBK would probably rate five Mmms. At least. We visited the restaurant simply because they claim to have homemade onion rings, and really didn't expect much. The dining experience is a little strange in that we were seated then abandoned- our host told us any orders could be made through an app otherwise it's our responsibility to go to the counter and hand in our orders ourselves. An odd situation for a dine in restaurant, but we definitely didn't download the app. I felt a bit badly since I imagine this isn't an environment that inspires much in the way of tips for the staff either.After a brief chat about how yes, we really do mean to order only onion rings everywhere we go we were served the most whopping stack of rings that I may have seen in all of England. Some easily as large as a salad plate, with what looked like a panko crust. And they were perfect, cooked all the way through despite the large size with a satisfyingly crunchy texture encasing onions that were still lovely and sweet. I'm not likely to underestimate a chain restaurant again.
