KFC in Dartford

Seemed okay but very busy. Tried to get a Krushens and it was one of the worst I've ever had. But a standard chicken meal would have probably been okay

Abysmal! Long queue, only 1 person at the front taking orders and packing the food, at least 4 people at the back talking and laughing. The food was eventually ready almost 35 minutes later. Fast food indeed! This is typical of this particular KFC

Service was great, we turned up just before they were closing on a sunday night. EJ was brilliant, prob the best service we have had at a kentucky. The lad will go far.

Bad service from 10th May manage. I don’t want to show her name on here. I will complaint to KFC indeed until I have satisfied response!!!!!!!! Only worst services from this manager , not other staff.

Visited them yesterday, there was more than 30 mins to closing time. Nothing we wanted was available, no wings, no fried chicken and finally what was given was not what we ordered. The Staff seemed not bothered, indifferent as if they hated to be there. Definitely would not visit them again. Very poor service never have had anything like this in any other branches we have visited so far.

Poor service, food quality is not good at all, they given the drink but lead was just the make a funNeed too change the staff immediately

Why is there no 0 star...Worst experience is an understatement. I kept walking around to find a clean table as every available one was messy, the toilet was so messy, staffs were sluggish and unfriendly, you need to ask for everything! Napkins, spoons, straw, gravy...no stand for any of these, you literally have to ask for it at the counter, only one EMPTY hand sanitizer stand and to top it all...food was cold!! Like really?! Nothing seems freshly prepared except the coffee I ordered...that was my first time there and definitely my last.

Regular customer of KFC Dartford. Lovely service from staff, typical food and drink, although when you get your food its warm and not piping hot! Should have upstairs dining area open more often

Ordered from here twice recently using JustEat so it could be argued that it isn't KFCs fault but the first order was missing our drink, we tried ringing KFC throughout the night with no answer.Second time (tonight) the food doesn't appear to have been packed and sealed properly and the gravy has gone everywhere and spoilt the food, as well as leaking through the packaging and soaking the driver and myself when I had to grab the bag. my partner hates the gravy so she has been unable to eat the food. Again we tried ringing KFC and they haven't answered yet again.Usually end up missing an item every couple of orders so not good but when it does come right then the food is lovely.Have to admit I'm very disappointed.

Ordered a delivery via Just Eat, food arrived in a bag that had a hole on the bottom. The driver had his hand underneath the bag as he handed it to me. I felt a piece of chicken poking out the bottom of the bag. Opened the bag up and the bucket was split open...then we see piece of chicken has been EATEN!! Looked in the bag to see if it had broken off or something (maybe during delivery or packing?), but nothing to be found. Asked for a refund but was only offered a partial credit note on a £31 order. They refused to give a full refund, even though I had explained that they are welcome to come collect the food as it hasn't been touched as we are now scared to eat anything incase it is contaminated! Funny thing is, we asked for contactless delivery!! GO FIGURE!
