Excellent food & Coffee, Very polite, courteous and friendly staff. I can thoroughly recommend the Breakfast Bap & Coffee deal (£5 before 11am, eat in or takeaway). It's a small Cafe, but it is Big on quality, flavour, value for money and Great staff and service.

Brilliant place to have lunch. Black pepper and coffee chicken breast was sensational, first to ever try such tasteful flavours. The view of the lake is breathtaking. Amazing service. A must place to go! Thank you 360 lake view for a great experience! I will be back!

Little hidden gem.Surprisingly Lovely location.Great food at great prices.If your in the area give it a visit for sure.Gets busy at lunch time.and has limited indoor seating but lots of outdoor seating with benches around the lake.

Amazing coffee and the best breakfast muffin! There is parking available on the main road outside Persimmon House! Lovely to sit in and look at the lake! The nicest staff as well!

Found this hidden gem this morning for the 1st time & absolutely loved it. Staff, food & setting were all fantastic....my only regret having worked in the area for over a year now, is not finding you guys sooner! I'LL BE BACK! 😎
