Mcdonald's Restaurant in Dartford

It is always busy and half the menu was not available. Even no M flurries or ice cream.Had to park in a car park as it was busy and got the order that wayIt is ok for emergencies the service is normally very good and for a McDonald’s that is something rare (good service )

Food was cold. Got all the way home to find no chips in our little ones happy meal. Not like the adult chips are full enough to make up for it. Not great service. Rude staff and always seem slow and forgetful. More recent trip here left us waiting an hour in the parking lot to have food cold and missing. Rude staff and then when we eventually got fresh correct food after another 30 mins with hungry little ones in the car they then ended up unwell with a severe case of food poisoning from the chicken nuggets. Absolutely unacceptable rude and a joke quite frankly. Half the managers are so young which probably explains why they are so rude and arrogant. Arguing back to a customer who has displayed enough patience is unacceptable. Would not recommend ordering here and would not recommend supporting the arrogant staff members here. Shopping here supports people who do not deserve the wage they are 'working' for.

I never thought in my life that I’d be giving a McDonald’s 5* on google but my main reason for giving it so highly was David! David is a customer engagement leader and boy was he wonderful. He began speaking to us - given we’d just landed from Gatwick - after a holiday abroad, we were hungry and tired. David made us feel welcome and that we weren’t just another customer - he made us feel at home and special. He checked with us, sorted out an error on the order and then had wonderful chats with us towards the end of the meal. It’s people like David that make a place feel comfortable and the local community then begin to feel better and familiar going to the franchise. David - it was a pleasure to meet you. Keep on shining and being such a kind, calm, caring face for so many!

Food was fine but was a shame to hear they had run out of Big Macs, grand Big Macs, chicken legend and other very popular meals!Really surprised that a busy McDonald had run out!Sadly there always seems to be something wrong whenever we go to this McDonald’s.

Visited twice in last 3 weeks at different times. Long drive thru queues so went in and ordered. Seems they give priority to delivery drivers who have their own area and seem to get served quicker. Lack of emphasis on customers ordering in the restaurant. Waited 20 mins tonight for order to be completed. 5 min drive home to find food was not hot. Will not bother with this branch again.

Went here with my 2 daughters and had a really good experience and all thanks to an employee, he got us ballons without having to ask for them, and also a couple of flags.Really nice bloke

Stupidly long wait for cold food while they ignore the customers on the premises and concentrate on user eats and deliveroo etc , atrocious service, wow server just saw I was leaving review and practically threw my napkin and straight at me

This mcds started to slack big time, food comes fast but at what price, cold chips like the town centers one, burger patties are burned. I know its fast food but come on bring the quality back. I'd rather wait extra 2 minutes and be satisfied with my order.

Is it possible to buy hot food from these people? I had the experience of this place today, and it was not good. Luke warm everything. Given the amount of turnover I saw happening there, with a queue of Uber drivers waiting, I was surprised that even my fries were not hot. Serviced was great though, with the shift manager being very helpful, and the older lady taking care of my side of the counter also very nice. Changed my food, but still came back more of less the same.I feel for the recipients of the Uber orders, as I doubt it arrives even warm.

Staff were miserable but the mass produced chemically treated burgers were radiating and filled the gap, washed down with a latte that tasted like washing up liquid. Sublime experience, will never bless these golden arches with my presence again in my lifetime
