McDonald's in Dartford

Staff were miserable but the mass produced chemically treated burgers were radiating and filled the gap, washed down with a latte that tasted like washing up liquid. Sublime experience, will never bless these golden arches with my presence again in my lifetime

This mcds started to slack big time, food comes fast but at what price, cold chips like the town centers one, burger patties are burned. I know its fast food but come on bring the quality back. I'd rather wait extra 2 minutes and be satisfied with my order.

Is it possible to buy hot food from these people? I had the experience of this place today, and it was not good. Luke warm everything. Given the amount of turnover I saw happening there, with a queue of Uber drivers waiting, I was surprised that even my fries were not hot. Serviced was great though, with the shift manager being very helpful, and the older lady taking care of my side of the counter also very nice. Changed my food, but still came back more of less the same.I feel for the recipients of the Uber orders, as I doubt it arrives even warm.

This has to be the worse McDonald's for delivery don't think there ever been a time when I've received all of my order. Today to top it all off, I received my drink and my sause, but not my chicken select meal. Heads up for any one never order apple pies from here on take away u wont revieve them.

Food was cold. Got all the way home to find no chips in our little ones happy meal. Not like the adult chips are full enough to make up for it. Not great service. Rude staff and always seem slow and forgetful.

This particular branch of McDonald's has to be the worst one I have ever been to in my entire life.The customer service is poor and the attention to detail is non existent.The few times I have been there, the queues inside and the drive in are herendos.People are always complaining there about the waiting time, complete chaos.

Has to be the worst McDonald's of all time once again tonight everyone ordering from the drive through having to park up in the car park and wait told food would be no more than 4 minutes, 10 minutes later had to go into the restaurant as no order brought out. Femal.mamager in white shirt could not find order at first then a few minutes later found it with three other orders just stitting there outside the kitchen in the seating area with food cold by the time I collected. Restaurant packed with people waiting as well with a number of complaints regarding missing items from walk in and drive through customers. This location is on real need of group business improvement and staff retraining.

I won't be using the drive thru again after receiving this. Order a double bigmac meal. To be given the picture below half a burger and no fries as the orders are just being rushed through.

Rubbishy selling items.charged me £24.00. All food are missing.when i called no one receive. Not getting refund.cheaters don’t buy anything from their.

Pleasant assistant waiting to greet customers and tell them how they work to get the best from their visit. 20 mins for food. Food good though on limited range still. Happy to return.
