Ming Tak Inn in Dartford

1st time we have got a delivery from Ming Tak and was very pleased with quick delivery and food was very tasty

1st time visit sorry won't be going back,chips overcooked, sweet and sour pork balls made of pork mince not real meat,never had that before maybe just different.

After a long flight home we decided on a takeaway we haven't used Ming tak befor but gave it a tryDisappointed is an under statement we had 6 dishes 5 of which were barely warmThe chips were ok but lots of little bitsThey were quick to get the order readyI wanted to complain but decided against itLesson learnt

Great food. Better than others!! Take away.. but ... I wish they could do with some other dishes!!Different from the mainstream more .. because it does get bloody boring ordering the same dishes.!!!Traditional Chinese dishes from different regions maybe ???Or special?I know you guys will smash it out of the park!!!As you guys always do pit your hard a souls into it !!!Lastly don't engorge this feedback please ..!!

They do very nice food but…I have ordered twice from them and both times had metal piece in my dinner. That’s unacceptable so called the shop first time and informed them about it but the woman on the phone does not understand a word in English. Yesterday I have ordered for the second time so the same story I called to tell them that AGAIN I found the metal piece in my dinner and she started laughing (guess she didn’t understand anything as we both were carrying different conversations). The food is great and very tasty but I have a doubt about their hygiene as finding metal piece twice in my dinner!!! After the first time I told them about the metal piece if I was the owner I would make sure that situation like this never happened again. No one said sorry to us, no one was concerned about it first time, no one was concerned about it second time. Wasted my time talking on the phone to someone who doesn’t speak basic English to even understand what the problem was. I will not order from there again.

I’ve avoided Chinese takeaways for years - the wife worked a full Saturday and said she fancied a takeaway on the way home and decided on this establishment and I’m so impressed. If all takeaway meals were to this standard they’d have higher regard. Absolutely amazing. Better than any Chinese meal I’ve ever had in or out of a restaurant- I’m blown away to say the least... amazing! 100% recommend. A dirty greasy Chinese takeaway is a thing of the past now I’ve found this place!!!!!! Well done Ming Tak inn - wonderful!!!!!

My earlier review is below when i gave them 4 starsWhy has my rating gone down?First place they took an emailed order from us then cancelled 30 mins later - either take the order and deliver or refuse the order in the first place - i would add that they have delivered to us many times before so not a problem before - why now ? Ordered online and within 15 minutes the delivery guy was knocking at our front door!! Now having eaten many times in restaurants, I believe a waiting time is acceptable of 20 - 30 minutes, if the food comes to the pass then straight to the table remaining piping hot!But when a takeaway takes only 15 minutes (including what would be a minimum 10 minutes drive) then I can't help but be sceptical as to how the food was actually prepared and cooked in such a short time!! Microwaved would be a reasonable conclusion to make!The quality and taste of the food was very poor and not enjoyable! I would say indicative to having indeed being microwaved!I have ordered from this take away a few times before, and the standard has declined considerably on each order to the point where after this recent experience, that I shall no longer eat from this establishment ever again!! Quite disgusting and unacceptable!!

The Ming Tak Inn had been a regular favourite of mine for many years, until this summer, when it was taken over by new management.The chicken balls used to be delicious, made with 100% chicken breast. Now they are serving up 'plastic' chicken, which is apparently reformed meat pumped with water & chemicals.I had one bite, spat it out & will not be returning to the Ming Tak Inn unless they put a big sign in their window saying 'we now serve 100% real chicken in our balls!'.
