Mr Pretzels in Dartford

I was rushing to buy a pretzel I was on my lunch break, when I arrived to my work place I notice the pretzels was burn, im very disappointed. thank you girls for leave without lunch 😭

The pretzel options was so sweet and you could tell they were going to be amazing. I had the nutella one and it was delicious I would definitely come here again. Sometimes if you're lucky employees will be outside with samples for you to try and they're also amazing. Only thing is the queues are really long all throughout the day but it's understandable with their quality.

Whe worst pretzel ever!! It shouldn't be called pretzel at all. Complete waste of money! Just absolutely disgusting and overpriced.

Worst pretzel ever undercooked, tiny and as tasty as a bit of cardboard.

I have visited Mr Pretzels on Woking on numerous occasions. When walking in the Peacocks Centre, you smell Mr Pretzels before you see it, wonderful smells of baking coming out of the unit. Employees of Mr Pretzels often stand outside with lovely samples of what is being baked. The staff are very friendly.

Not clear on the prices. Thought it was going to be £3.95. Don't mind paying 50p extra for an additional topping, but when it came up as £5.45 for a bag of bites, I was a bit surprised! Apparently, these are larger and a pound more than shown on the pricing board behind them. Felt like they'd mugged me off. You can't quibble over a quid, but it's put me off of shopping at Bluewater with the kids.

I have been to mr pretzel before and really liked their pretzels but for some reason they have become really hard and inedible. Not sure if they have changed the recipe. What i also notice is they make alot of pretzels and leave them out for ages which is probably why they are getting hard and losing their soft inner texture. I always have to ask to please have a fresh one made and then the customer service people look at me like I'm crazy and why can't i just buy the ones they made ages ago thats been laying around for god knows how long. Ive gone off them now. Used to go to bluewater with my daughter look forward to going to mr pretzels. Not anymore. I would give zero stars if i could.

Not sure what type of sugar they use, my child could not stop coughing whenever he had the bites , will stop making him have it from now even though he loves it.

great pretzels and great service! i got a dirty look from a man though so i’m gonna have to take some points off for that. cinnamon and sugar pretzel was amazing!!!
