Pizza Hut in Dartford

Went fo a birthday celebrations and it was amazing salad so fresh manager on Point with all pizza so good crispy cheesy delightcul

Had a lovely lunch here with my wife. Served by the warm and welcoming Asima, meeting her made our day. Such a lovely, kind woman who went out of her way to insure we had the most enjoyable lunch. Which we did! The food was lovely, we had the vegan pepperoni 🍕 Thank you Asima for the best service we've received in a long time. You put the faith back into customer service. 🙏

On our visit food was absolutely delicious (huge thank you to chef on our 11/6/22 lunch visit) , fresh salads, really tasty pizza at the buffet and great choices. Superb service. 5*

Went in to order takeaway. Was greeted within less than a minute by AsimaM she helped me find the best deal for 2. Was extremely friendly and helful. Placed order within 3 minutes and pizza was with me within 15 minutes couldnt ask for more friendly helpful staff. Asset to the store.

The waitress was very helpful explaining all the options, taking us to the counter to show us the Buffet and explaining the Buffet choices. Been a long time since I have been to a Pizza Hut but enjoyed the meal very much.

Not a bad place to be honest if you want a nice pizza experience the only downside is the staff seem to be all teenagers

This is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to...! It's dirty, all the cutlery and the salad station were quite filthy, the pizza was AWFUL and tasted disgusting. We were there for a birthday so I didn't want to make a fuss, but it was undercooked, the sauce tasted sour and there was barely any veg on veggie pizza! The garlic bread was barely cooked and with a few specs of cheese on it. When asking the manager for a couple of plates, it seemed a chore, no words, eye contact, smile, nothing. They're quite cheeky too as they make you order and pay via the app before your food even arrives. TERRIBLE - do not come here - go to another branch!!

As with pretty much every other Pizza Hut Restaurants branch, the food and service is faultless! 💯 We have no bad comments about our visit here and everything was up to the standard we always receive when visiting a branch. The food was delicious and the service was perfectly adequate. Top stuff 👍🏻🍕

Such a great place to go to for an evening meal.The interior and exterior was well decorated.Hygiene was excellent including the rest rooms.As for the customer service, the gentleman who served us was very attentive and friendly.The actual food was freshly prepared pizzas.Will I return? Yes for sure!
