Delicious food and amazing service, Tina was a great host!!!Rosas is always a firm favourite but thought I’d treat my mum to it as she hasn’t tried it before - and she absolutely loved it!!!We ordered the starter platter, as we don’t eat pork they kindly gave extra calamari instead of the pork skewers! We also had the somtam salad, drunken noodles with chicken, mamassan curry with chicken & jasmine rice. All were amazingly tasty! For drinks I had a Thai lemonade which was very refreshing. My mum had a sour throat and Tina recommended the ginger tea which was great for her!!!Thanks Tina and team we shall be back for sure!!! I’ve found my new favourite branch!

Very aesthetic and beautiful restaurant, with absolutely lovely staff. They were very friendly and helped a lot. The food was also great and there was quite a large range for good prices. When they say spicy, they mean spicy! So if you enjoy spicy Thai food, I would definitely recommend. There are also lots of less spicy dishes for those who don’t enjoy that. Had an absolutely lovely time!

2022 Update - the food was fine. What I really want to give feedback about is the bubble tea (which Rosa have just started doing). Unfortunately it's a NO for me. I am a massive lover of bubble tea and whilst the flavour of the milk tea itself was OK, that tapioca balls (*I use that term loosely) were a massive let down. The consistency of whatever they were was not it all! There was a QR code that came with the drink (see image) asking for feedback specifically on the bubble tea when I scanned it, it took me to a Google forms page, which apparently no one can access unless with admin approval (not particularly helpful Rosa!)The experience was a pleasant one with regards to dining in a covid secure environment. I highly recommend booking (it took us 2 days to manage to secure a booking online). There were some starter items unavailable on the menu, but quality of meals hasn't changed. I particularly enjoyed my starter on this occasion (Rosa's Spring Rolls, hubby had Chicken Satay). Our server Will was attentive and responsive to our needs, so a shout out and thank you to him!

Great first experience at Rosa’s Thai Cafe in Bluewater. We were seated quickly despite it looking quite busy. Prabhat and the other staff were very attentive. The food was amazing. That pineapple curry!! We will definitely return. Shame there isn’t one closer to us!

We try to come here once a month as a family. I grew up in Thailand. Rosa’s is the most authentic Thai food I’ve experienced in the UK. The atmosphere is great and service is excellent. Tina is a brilliant host and we love seeing her. Always a friendly smile on her face and treats us very well. Highly recommend.

The lemongrass ice tea.. do not get unless you want to taste an ice lolly in your drink. Fortunately the manager swapped our drinks for free! The food is generally bland but accompanied by heavy chilly peppers (see pic) which don’t add more flavour, but burn out your mouth; if that’s your thing, come along. Looks and smells great from the outside, taste doesn’t quite match. Great staff though!

Best Thai we have had in ages!! The starter platter was a good way to know the dishes but a little pricy for £14 for 2. Lived the bbq pork skewers and chicken stay. Spring rolls are nice. Chicken Penang was amazing and plenty of chicken in all dishes. The Thai green curry was also amazing, full of flavour and very hot! The staff were great and can’t wait to go again! Thanks Gina who looked after us!

In summary, food was awful so I cannot recommend. We arrived at this place just after 3pm on a Sunday. It was almost empty and we decided to go in because everywhere was very busy.We had to wait for around 10 mins before we were seated. I think the main issue was that there was only one waitress sitting customers. The other was only bringing food and drinks to the table as we later found out. After we were seated, a steady stream of customers entered and for some reason, everyone was packed into the front sitting area with insufficient social distancing while the back half of the venue was empty (see photo). It appeared to be reserved for staff. As we sat to wait for our order to be taken, I could see that nothing was happening inside the kitchen. There was no movement, no sound and certainly no food being served. My point is that they were not busy. All the while, the waitress was run off her feet, doing her best with no help. As far as I could see, there were 2 waiter/waitress and a manager who was sat in the back on his laptop. We were hoping that the food would make it up to us as we knew Rosa's and knew how good the food could be. I have been to 3 others so I know! However when the food came, it was disappointing to say the least. The starters we ordered was Summer Rolls and Papaya Salad. The rolls were average but the salad was too sour and too spicy. It was too much by the usual Rosa's standard that I know. The main course of Pad Thai with Vegetables and Stir fried flat noodles with beef were awful. The beef was cut incorrectly (see photo) causing it to be very chewy. Very basic cooking technique which I think any enthusiasts would know. There was egg shell in the pad Thai. Very chunky vegetables which is wrong when they are supposed to be combined with a thin noodle. Honestly I have had better while following a basic youtube video. The only good thing about this place were the waiter and waitress. They seemed to be hardworking and she felt genuinely embarrassed when I gave her my feedback. She went and got a discount for me. If they accepted cash, I would have left her a tip as it was not her fault at all and she did what she could.
