Tasteless chips and dried up fish

I’m not a local but was visiting my Sons and we decided on Fish n Chips for dinner. We picked up 2 large cod and 1 large portion of chips. My o my you get you moneys worth! 2 really large pieces of perfectly cooked fish and the portion of chips was way too large. I had to ask her to stop shovelling the chips in! Very reasonably priced and they take card. Perfick!

Have been using this fish and chips for several years, but haven’t visited for some time as my local one is in Stone.However I drive by every Saturday after going into Gravesend and decided to pop in, and what can I say - we are now hooked and come here rather than our local. The prices and portions speaks for itself, and the owner are very friendly. They are extremely busy but do not keep you hanging!Keep up the good work guys

Located between coop and hairdressers, you can never miss this.Staff are friendly and the quality of food is excellent. Not the best fish in my experience but I will still visit this takeaway again. Prices speak well for the quality of theyrefood. Be sure to check the times as they do close for a few hours in the afternoon. If you are ever about give this place a try.Cash only at this takeaway.

Very nice fish and chips from very friendly staff and extremely clean

If gets a 2 because the large haddock was large and the flavour of the fish was nice. Also the staff are very warm and welcoming. However, the batter on the fish was hard and crunchy, like it had been cooked in old oil. The chips were some of the worst I've eaten ; hard like they'd been pulled out of a bin from the day before and refried, hard enough to scratch the roof of my mouth. I still devoured it as I hadn't eaten all day and had been hard at work, but now I feel like ive eaten from a bin. I usually use John's in Northfleet which are far superior, unfortunately they had already closed.

Best fish and chips ever! Been a regular here for over 6 years now despite having to drive 10 minutes to get here. I've tried others but they never match up to these guys. Great service and food 😊

Great fish & chips and one of the best in my opinion and not just mine but a lot of people also as always busy. always consistent. would definitely recommend. Good service, these are some of the best fish & chips.
