Last time we went pre covid this was a lovely proper tapas experience. Has gone so far down hill since. Stood out side and told we had to book on line despite no one in the queue and empty tables. We were seated at 6:50 and our order was taken reasonable quickly… then waited and waited and waited - the table behind us complained several of there dishes never arrived. We order 7 tapas and a bottle of sparkling water after 20 mins 3 slices of toast with 2 small paper pots dips of olive oil and a garlic dip (£6.50) turn up - another 20 mins later still no drink or any more tapas. The table next to us got a serving of tomatoes on toast very bland looking - was told by waitress that she will check on our order 5 minutes later told the order would come out when ready but served separate and they never come out together - gave up and left - won’t bother going back again very disappointed can’t give zero stars - on the bright side saved ourselves £60plus

The food was delicious (especially the garlic prawns). The wait not so great but the waiting staff seemed friendly enough. However we sat at the bar for almost 10-15 minutes waiting to order a drink. The barman didn't even give eye contact or even acknowledge us.. and when I asked the barman if I could order a drink he was quite rude and made me and my partner feel like we were being a nuisance by simply ordering a drink at a restaurant. I would like to say the waiting staff made us feel more welcome.

When we arrived on Saturday evening, we were seated pretty quickly. We had made a reservation for 5pm but they had a few tables available and no queue so it probably wasn't necessary to book, but its a good idea to do so anyway. By the time we finished, the place was full so I recommend booking if you're planning to come later in the evening.Jess our server was quick to come and take our drinks orders and came back periodically to check on us, which was great. We started off with a couple of plates to nibble on as we took time to check out the whole menu and made our picks. In total we had 4 cocktails, 2 plates of Paella, and 3 meat/fish dishes between 2 of us and a desert to share. The portions were a good size, and we were full by the end. All of the dishes was delicious and arrived to our table hot. The presentation could have been slightly better, but I presume that as they were getting busy in the evening, it became less of a priority. But this wasn't such a big deal as every dish smelled great and looked delicious, and the flavours lived up to expectations. Our bill came to just under £90 including service, so it was very affordable and a great dinner experience.

Great food but all the prices are extortionate. £3.50 for a 330ml bottle of coke is ridiculous.Staff are friendly and attentive. The options on the menu were very limited. Not sure if that's just for the Bluewater one.La Tasca was way better.

Bar staff were great. Food was less than average. Dishes were not delivered together. They were each delivered about 5 minutes apart so if we'd waited for everything to be delivered before was started eating it would have all been stone cold. The bars staff tried to clear our plates not realising we were still waiting for 1 dish. Its was not a nice way to enjoy tapas eating every dish separately. Sorry but we will not be going back.

I had quite an enjoyable time tonight at tapas !Food was great, churros were the cherry on the cake, they reminded me of my old times in Spain!Service was excellent! David was being very funny throughout the night and also agreed to play few songs we requested to him!I have to say, it is a very good spot if you want to feel the latin vibe! 💃💃Definitely going there again!

The Paella as mentioned by others has far too much Saffron in it to the extent that it overpowers all else. We ordered 2 drinks and 4 tapas dishes which are tiny on the scale of it and were charged £62 pounds / while some of the other dishes were good - they certainly weren’t worth this amount of money. A bit of a rip off if you ask me.

Not our first visit, although today was so poor. Disappointment doesn't begin to cover it! We were informed that part of our order wasn't available, fair enough. When we were palmed off with nonsense that our drink was what we had ordered, only with the exception of blue berries missing, when it contained entirely different fruit, come on guys, allergies for one!!I can't honestly say that I enjoyed the food at all, school dinners taste better. We shouldn't have bothered waiting around for the late delivery of the calamari.

Thoroughly enjoyed the dishes we chose here, the paella married it altogether. Lovely relatively light lunch with lots of different tastes and textures that satisfied but didn't overfill us so that we could carry on with our shopping trip without being uncomfortably full. Delightful waitress who was very efficient and bubbly enhanced our lunch.
