Have food poisoning now from this restaurantPlease never order

Never have I in my life waited for food from such an incompetent and poor excuse of a kebab shop - had food ordered for me on Uber Eats (where the takeaway delivers themselves and not through Uber riders) around 7pm and after multiple calls, the food finally arrived at 9:40pm - a wait of nearly THREE HOURS. This place clearly doesn't care to not give you an update themselves and to make you wait so long and when the food finally arrived, it was warm at best. No wonder the other reviews are so bad and yet it baffles me how this place continues to provide such an abomination of a service

We have been using this kebab since it opened, sometimes twice a week. We have both delivery and collection orders. We were very loyal customers and have spent alot of money at this establishment... So to collect this order we were very disappointed! Literally a hand full of chips and dry manky old chicken nuggets for £7!!! Now I could let this go, could have been busy, bad day etc. But when I telephoned to discuss the issue this is where it gets ten times worse.I explained our concerns only to be shouted at and told I was wrong and the order was perefct. No apology, offer of fresh food or a refund! All i got was a load of abuse. As a loyal customer for many years i find this totally unacceptable and will never use them again! No customer service skills what so ever and only interested in the money.

We have had lovely food from here but the last two orders have been a constant mess up! No pittas with kebab or sauce! And then 1.5 hours wait and no mention of that when we ordered.I know take away a busy but a service is still expected. Poor communication and missing food!

I am waiting for my food to come in as we speak. I ordered my food at 6 pm. The time now is 21.06 and the food's still not in. I have called them twice and been told that it will be with me soon. Do not take a delivery if you can't honour it on time. Honestly! I am fuming. Will never order again, never.

Never again! Should of read the trip advisor, having thought would try them due to nice looking menu! NEVER AGAIN! Chips that was enough to feed a small child. Turned up cold soggy! Told an hour for delivery turned into 2 hours & 3 phone calls to find out were my food was. When phoned to complain got offered extra chips next time i order. Not what i want atal

Food is lovely (occasionally missing sauces and small errors), when it finally turns up... 2hr45 to do a 2.7m journey, even walking it does not take that long! Called twice to be told it was just leaving and it would be delivered first, still took 30mins. This is not the first time this has happened and we will not order again due to the ridiculous wait times!

Still waiting 2 hours after placing an order. Requested a refund and they flatly refused, told me to call Just Eat and sort it out myself. Disgraceful. Owner said that he doesn't care about a bad review as he is making lots of money already

An outrageous service. We ordered a basic order of kebab and chips. Over an hour and a half later it still hadn't been delivered. No excuse no refund no discount. Sweet FA. This used to be very good but I will NOT be reordering from this place. After 10pm and I'm expected to eat. Disgraceful.

4 hours later and food order still wrong,Chips we're hard and brown chicken burger was tough and wrap completely missing. After 5 phone calls, i went to the takeaway and all the Owner could say is that a few bad reviews and service provided by them don't matter.
