Scam, robbed me £370Had worst ever experience, very unprofessional and rude manager.They served half boiled eggs, served chicken against pure veg order without consent and didn't even bother to tell.My daughter accidentally dropped hair color on the toilet floor and dressing table, we immediately requested housekeeping staff to help and clean it but they refused with an excuse that we will need strong liquid and we will do it later and we didnclean it with water to the extentpossible, 3 days later manager came to me and said it's dried out and you've to pay £345 for damages, you've messed it so either fix it or pay. So I decided to clean it my own and brought the cleaning items work £40, my wife and myself cleaned it and sent photos to manager. He said that's done, thanks.We checked out and after 10 days got an email with invoice of £345 for damage. I requested meeting to discuss the issue but he simply refused and ask to pay it. I did pay it as it was office booking.Strategically, he waited for us to leave and then sent invoice.No wifi on top floorThey misinformed ATPI with wrong photos and didn't let them help me.Will sue these guys for financial losses, health issues because of food (cctv proof available) and forcing us to clean toilet.Not sharing invoice here as it contain banking informati

Now this pub is something else completely, when you walk in you feel like you have stepped back in time!! Food is great as are the staff, and sitting in the snug with a nice pint and a cheeky brandy is real nice.. I've been here many time and will probably be many times more.

Popped in here for a couple drinks and loved it!!! Definitely worth a visit!!! Didn’t have any food but will be back tomorrow to try the Sunday roast!

Went in for dinner and drinks on Saturday evening. What a fantastic place. Very reasonably priced and excellent quality. The service was very prompt and professional. Tanya is worthy of a special mention - she is a credit to the establishment

We used to go here all the time, the only policy used to be no baseball caps. I understand that so always took mine off. The food and drinks were reasonable and service was good.Over the last two years the service has gone downhill, we had food there and it wasn't to the same standard. Most recently you couldn't order food unless you were in the restaurant side of the pub, no good if you want chips just for a child. We went to the restaurant side to be told there was a 40 minute wait, it took them that long to take our order. We gave up and left.And today, you can not go in with a child unless you are ordering food. Every other pub in Dartford is packed. Not this one.No hats, no kids, no customers!!

Great place to watch the 6 nations rugby. Whilst there, I had the Sunday roast. Lovely cooked, fresh, dinner. Highly recommended. *****

Had a meal in here and it's gone downhill. Honestly Chilli Chicken and coconut rice should not be a bland meal but it was. Pie and chips had by a friend was 'OK '. Not exactly a ringing endorsement. Staff were attentive and friendly.

Ordered the only meat and veg meal on the menu. Things to note about it:1. It arrived 10 minutes after I ordered [suspicious because it takes a lot longer to prepare lamb and veg]2. The meat was tasty, but there was very little of it3. The mash was powdered4. The carrots were probably microwaved5. The broccoli was suspiciously browned on one side [indicative of microwaving]I regret eating it. I was always raised to eat what was put in front of me. But I will not do that anymore because of this.Why not 1 star? Their sunday roast dinners, which for the price point are excellent. And if this review was just about the roast dinners then I'd be sure to give it 5 stars no question. But eating there on a non-sunday and trying to eat something vaguely healthy, that is 1 star.

Had a great stay here, food was really good, the room was clean and well supplied, and the friendly staff made us feel really welcome. I would definitely recommend a stay here and we do plan to visit again. Thankyou for having us.

The staff was polite and humble but the service wasn't apt. Great complimentary breakfast but the tea cups never replaced leaving them dirty. The dustbin bag wasn't replaced and the torn one left as it is. Needs improvement.
