Tortilla in Dartford

Most the time no mistakes, but not too long ago they stuffed my burrito and it fell apart :) will be getting naked burrito next timeEDIT: I have ate there latley and had some tummy issues and so have my peers? 😬

Had an excellent burrito bowl and service from Deborah on a recent visit. She was very friendly and helpful throughout. Will definitely be back again!

Had previously rated 5 stars. I appreciate when it gets busy things get a little rushed but was disappointed with my service today. Food slopped everywhere, rice under cooked and the person taking care of payments trying to rush me. As you can see from other reviews am a big tortilla fan but this experience has put me off

Everything was amazing! I took up on all the extras for my naked burrito and it was so tastey. I always eat here as its filling and feels more nutritional and healthy than other fast food places.

Had a very warm and lovely first experience trying tortilla yesterday, I would like to say a massive thank you to who served me ( Hannah and Ethan ) as they helped me pick what to have for my first time 😀 I will definitely be coming back for more as the food was incredible and the chorros was perfectly cooked! A very happy and hungry for more customer 👍🏻

Was served by Hannah at Bluewater. Very friendly and personable service, showed knowledge in the product and good customer service. Really recommend it for anyone who wants a delicious and affordable meal while they shop!

First but worst experience of a taco! Not at all like they are supposed to be- beautifully golden brown colour and crunchy, instead cold, with white taco shells that were the opposite of crunchy and were so soggy by the time we started eating, we couldn't even pick the tacos out if the box because they were falling apart! Really tasteless beef, overall really bad tacos. Nachos on the other hand were a lot better and crunchy.Be really careful if you're gluten intolerant or coeliac!!Even though the staff members were kind in asking if any gluten allergies were present and kept gluten free tacos in a separate box, as well as using aluminium foil on top and bottom of the tacos when heating in press, but they were cross contaminating fillings:The lady after us had ordered a burrito which isn't gluten free and the member of staff was using a spoon for the filling which she then "wiped clean" on the tortilla itself before putting that same spoon back into one of their fillings (guacamole)!When we asked about that they didn't really reply properly and just offered to make fresh tacos with new guacamole. We let them know that they should be very careful as people that can't have gluten could get really sick..

The rating and reviews of this particular Tortilla attracted me but upon arrival I was very quickly disappointed.The young lady who served me looked half asleep and it felt like I was talking to a brick wall, little to no emotion or natural human interaction.Furthermore the portion sizes were horrible, I ordered a large burrito with extra chicken expecting that to reflect in my bites however the burrito felt empty and every bite was dry.I may have just gotten unlucky, I’ll definitely give this place another try in the near future but as for now I am not pleased.

Ate here a few weeks ago, dived back in on our next visit to Bluewater. I really like l the food and the subway style counter makes it easy. If you aren't sure ask, as others have said the stag are lovely and are happy to help.
