Wagamama in Dartford

Lovely pork belly ramen with spicy broth. Impressed with how the friendly staff dealt with food allergies. The whole family enjoyed their meal. I knocked a star off because we were given a booth seat where i had to sit on very worn out upholstery. It was severely torn and had old gaffer tape on it which was also worn and was coming undone. It did not cover the worn out area. In fact dirt and crumbs had collected on the area so not very hygienic.. Not one to cause a fuss, I just sat on it... Maybe something for the management to look into as it might put some people off coming back. I would come back but probably won't sit at a booth next time!

Great food and quick service. We didn’t wait too long for the food to arrive but waited long to order.

The staff are always very friendly. A little wait to get in as you cant pre book and they are always pretty busy. But not much of a wait once we had sat down and ordered so they make up for each other. The food was perfect.

Such a big place that you're rarely waiting long for a table. Fast, friendly service as always. And the food? Well... it's wagamama. Consistently good.

Love this place! The food is excellent. Ate most of the veggie things on the menu. And loved the F ish and chips for veganuary. I put a picture here but have already eaten most of it! I couldn’t wait! Well worth a visit…

Fast friendly service, food very good

It was a busy weekend at Wagamama in Bluewater shopping centre, hence bound to have long queues.But appreciate staff for swiftly arranging the table for large group.Service was fast and food was delicious as arrived in less than 10 minutes after placing order. Only drawback was a kid’s meal was missed in the initial order as confusion over 2 waiters taking orders at different times.

Nice food and friendly staff. Gets very busy at the weekends.

First time visiting any of these restaurants. The food choice was recommended by my waiter Dan. All I can say is wow, quick food, tasted great and best of all Dan was amazing. He was extremely friendly and was a credit to the business. Will be going back thanks to him!
