Food incredible, lovely waiting staff. The ‘Host’ or ‘The Welcome woman’ however was awful and had the most disgusting attitude. Really should hire someone who wants to ‘welcome’ people into the restaurant rather then be condescending and rude. Saw a lot of people turn around after conversing with her at the door. Not sure how the rest of the staff could deal with her as saw her being rather rude to them too. Everyone else was incredible and glad we only had a short encounter with the woman. Compliments to the Chefs!

Extreme small portions for quite high prices, some dishes are very basic and can be cooked better at home. Sicilian lemon juice is actually cheap unbranded dilute lemon juice for £3! I ordered a meatball pasta & there were no meatballs 🤷‍♂️ Go figure. Just another big chain selling average food at an inflated price point

Lovely meal and like the idea of the new express checkout so your not waiting around for the bill. You can add a tip, pay your bill and go. We had Sofia pizza and king prawn linguine

A busy evening at Bluewater Zizzi yet service and food were all top notch. Lovely, friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble, and equally lovely family of geese and goslings outside!

Took my mum for mother's Day then went again the weekend after as we had such a good time. The food is amazing and is all reasonably priced. The staff are warm and friendly. A really nice place to visit. Will definitely be going many times again.

Visited today for lunch with my mum and toddler. Greeted by a very courteous and professional host, who provided plentiful crayon pens and own menu for my daughter to doodle on. The host was even thoughtful enough to offer taking a quick order for my daughter so we didn't have to wait long for her food and therefore she would be distracted. Her food and our own orders all arrived very promptly. Menu is fantastic and food was delicious. Restaurant itself is spacious, clean and naturally bright. Other staff were attentive and friendly. Can't fault our visit today, really happy and will definitely return. Thank you.

Ordered vegetarian pizza and received one with meat, very spicy, hard and cold! Not even my dog will eat it!Called them more than half an hour to complain and nobody bothered to answer the phone!Avoid them!

Nice food, reasonable atmosphere. Good range of choices for vegetarians, vegans, carnivores and omnivores. Reasonable service. The fresh juices are not, in my opinion, up to Wagamamas standards, but are fine if you want something healthy to drink. Prices are average, though can escalate to £75+ for a family of four if you have starters, mains and drinks. Popular with our children too.

In the excitement of restaurants reopening for indoor dining me and my partner jumped at the chance to visit Zizzi in Bluewater. We were greeted by a lovely host outside who showed us to our table, followed by our server (I think his name was Fabio?). Our service was amazing, we tried some of their cocktails which didn't disappoint. Our server was very attentive, and always approaching us at the perfect time, he made the extra effort to talk to us (which we really appreciated). The food we ordered took less than 15 minutes from order to table, which was very impressive, the food was amazing and exactly what we were looking for! This could not have been a better night! But I will be returning for the tiramisu as its the best!
