Amigos Kebab & Pizza House in Dover

Excellent food and the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

Wonderful service. Friendly and generous. Best local fast food.

Awful take away ive used it for over 7 month it’s got worse and worse the people are rude I’ve just had them turn up at my door in such a r us e manor and I refused to accept there food I’ll never use them again and I wouldn’t advice anyone else to !!!!!!!!!

We have eaten at Amigos for a while now, over time the service has just got worse and worse. The food is good, however the customer service is appalling. Every time we order a delivery, even on a quiet Wednesday night like tonight, it took 2 HOURS to arrive! We live 10 minutes away! We called up twice and a rude gentleman on the phone told us our food was ‘on its way’ between the space of an hour? No apology or anything. An absolute shame that this establishment has fallen so much. Shan’t be ordering from here again.

Placed an order and it arrived wrong so phoned to get it put right taken ages to come and they only had to do chips ! Very disappointed!!! Won't be using again

My diner meat was dry and cheesy chips awful... never again

Visited Amigos' 2nd August at 2130hrs. Ordered Large Chicken Shish Kebab & Regular fries (to take away) which was prepared while we sat at one of their pavement tables enjoying the evening. The kebab was excellent! Perfectly cooked on the coals, tender and juicy with a full, fresh salad and pickled chillies. It was our first take away meal since lockdown back in March and we were not disappointed.I tend to use Amigos' when in Sandwich because the chefs are friendly, courteous and funny even when they're working in hellish temperatures and I'm surprised to see some negative feedback in the reviews because I've always found Amigos' staff to be so accommodating and kind.AmigosÇok teşekkürler Amigos'

Would give this no stars if I could. I am still yet to receive a refund and i don't think I ever will given the rudeness of the staff over the phone and in the shop. I ordered two pizzas (because their website doesn't work properly) so I rang and said I would only like one. I waited well over an hour and heard nothing so I rang the shop just to be told that I had to go to the shop to collect it and they would refund the rest. I collected one pizza from the shop, feeling uncomfortable in the process due to the hostility of the staff, and never received money back for the other one.I have spoken to others who have had the same experience, please do not order from here - use just eat or another local kebab shop.

Went in to order a takeaway, 1/4lb burger with cheese, chicken shish wrap and a regular chips. Decent portion of chips and tastes fantastic! Cooked the chicken over coals instead of thrown on an electric grill and adds a lot more flavour because of it. Mrs tells me the burger was also really good.

Phoned up to place a order for delivery, asked if I can pay by card over the phone (which I have done in the past).. got shouted at by what sounded like a young gentleman saying “in the 23 years he has owned this place he has never had a card machine in the property and that I was stupid for trying to say that I have paid by card with them on multiple occasions.. and continued to have a go at me down the phone.. when I said that I won’t be able to order from them because I haven’t got cash I’ve only got card, he proceeded to say that it’s not his fault I have card and not cash” then hung the phone up on me. However, when I have ordered from them in the past, the food has been lovely and had no faults.
