A lovely atmosphere. Was really busy yet the staff were really calm. The whole place is well organised and well run. The food was lovely and fresh. Perfect for all the family

After being let down last minute by another restaurant I was pleased to get a table for 8 here. They did not let me down, the food was brilliant and the kids ate it all (very rare for my kids). They can do a blue steak perfectly 👌🏼 And Amber who was serving us really went the extra mile to keep us happy. Will definitely return.

Sat us away from others as we asked. Staff we happy and excited to see us in. Food was good. Buffet breakfast. When something was low, they topped it up quickly. Very happy visit. Would recommend. For 6 of us to eat 2 adults and 4 children it was £19.

Went with a group of 15 family members on a Sunday, pre booked.Staff were friendly enough when we arrived but service wasn't brilliant. Waited quite a while for food and deserts (each ordered their own).Portion size for menu meals wasn't the best, especially for the price you paid.Carvery was disappointing as they had ran out of 2 meats.I heard a manager state to the chef "stretch the meat" meaning other customers would get less on their plates. Should never say that in the earshot of customers.Overall okay.

Service was terrible and difficult to understand, we were told to go to the bar to order but a waitress came over to take our order, but she got the order wrong as well. Plus, the food wasn’t particularly hot either, more warm. We were appalled by long it took them to clear the plates away after we’ve finished the food. She then asked if we wanted pudding and said she’ll be back in 5 minutes, 40 minutes later no show. To top this off the staff member on the till didn’t apologise for the long. An absolute shame, never going back unless they change all the staff.

Really enjoyed our visit with breakfast and Santa!! Kids enjoyed it. Santa was very interactive!! Would recommend for the younger ones (under 10) lots of choice of food! And refillable coffee! Whats not to love!! X x

Terrible, I was staying at the Premier Inn, the food was terrible, the first mushrooms were burnt, the photo is the second attempt! The mushrooms were like a wet sponge disgusting, no garnish either. First fish burnt, the second passable. Then a chocolate brownie. Just made it back to my room before being violently sick 5-6 times.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed at the Premier Inn and got the meal deals over at Brewers Fayre. Staff explained very well what was included in the offer. The food was delicious and service was quick even though the place was packed for around 6pm. Would definitely come here again!
