Ordered take out thrice Good dishes: Tarka Daal, coriander and chilli naan, saag paneer Bad dishes: vegetable biryani- was actually veg fried rice. Had chickpeas and cabbage which are never added to biryani. Okra dish was massively undercooked

Sunday was the fourth or fifth time I've been and I thought it was about time I leave a review. The food has been consistently excellent enjoyed by the whole family. I saw some reviews complaining about the wait but even though we did wait about 45 mins it was definitely worth it for freshly cooked dishes.

Food was late arriving, and when it did it was cold. The potatoes had obviously been in the fridge for some time as had a funny taste to them. The supposed lamb dish was tough, and the sauce was watery. Salad was a bag of warm limp lettuce. Didn't eat the meal, and won't be ordering from thus establishment again.

The food was superb and the staff were really friendly. It was easy to forget that it was a cold, bleak January night in England. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Fantastic service. Very friendly and smiley staff. Food is delicious. Just a nice Indian or Bangladeshi restaurant in Dover. Already been twice! Highly recommend.

We stopped over at Cinnamon Island while on holiday. There was a big group of us. We thought we would go and visit a fellow Bengali owned business, hoping for great Bengali hospitality and food. It was the complete opposite. We were taken to the lower floor 9f the restaurant. A rather unpleasant waiter decided to take our order. He was extremely rude and impatient. He ordered us around where to sit, and when taking our order he told us to " hurry up because I'm busy" when the entire place was empty! That totally put us off. Our entire group just got up and left. Such a shame that we were all tired and hungry after a long day of site seeing only to be treated like we were a inconvenience to this waiter. We were all excited to go for this evening meal and was hugely disappointed!!

Great cooking to a high standard for that great british Indian taste. Been to all the Indians restaurants in Dover over the last month and this wins hands down. Nan bread and madras were outstanding. Good effort.

very pricey.. £12 for a 'staff' curry.. and I doubt any of the staff eat it themselves tbf.. also not convinced of it's freshness, the potatoes tasted old, almost off and the mint sauce tasted weird.. it had separated so possibly off too. I've made far better curries myself

I went to eat with my family and there was 30 of us. There was an old man who was a waiter taking our order. The waiter was extremely rude and had a disgusting behaviour. He was very inpatient to take our order and started shouting. Then we all decided to get out the restaurant and not eat there. When we all got up to go he was very rude!!! The restaurant lost all this profit and would of get 30 good reviews if he gave us a good service! The manager needs to train the waiter or give him the sack!

Went there with my family the food was ok but the portion was absolutely disappointing, well first of all it was expensive the portion size were too small for the price you paying and secondly i asked if it was halal hmc but i found out later they lied. Not going there again. Staff greeted us nicely but took way too long to serve. Should have checked the reviews before 😠
