Dolphin Fish Bar & Kebab in Dover

So not impressed they didn't read my order properly and messed it up badly I can't eat cabbage I let them know and yet they failed and put it on my food. I tried calling them with no answer

Clean kitchen, good pizza. Shop run down and that fire alarm, put a new battery in it please.

Food took two hours to arrive and when it came it wasn’t worth the wait. Called the restaurant and asked how long it was going to be to be told “I’m not the delivery driver how should I know” and the phone put down on me

Been going here for some 4 years + best large lamb shish and lamb donner with separate salad and extra chilli sauce.Thats why I travel from Deal once a week

Took 3 hours for food to be delivered, was all stone cold when it finally arrived and just flavourless. Phoned up about half way through the wait to be told they had been overwhelmed with orders.. don't accept so many of them out of greed for the money then I say. Quality of food is more important and due to that, we will not be returning. Also, a replacement of a fruit shoot on a children's meal was a full sugar Pepsi with no mention on arrival or apology for not being given our chosen drink.

Good staff I've been going there for years , but unfortunately they lost touch of focus. I have ordered from there 3 times now and always give me different meat . I ask for sauce and salad and only give me sauce . Delivery driver took order to different address opposite side of town and when arrived told me to come find him in car park ? On top of that he had his mates in car all loud laughing wont stop . Very disappointed .

Order very late, but I will say the food was worth the wait. Just as I finished my meal an email and text message came through requesting and confirming an order I certainly did not put through.! The girl working was patronising as calling me darlin all the time, you don't address customers like that.

Order here once a month or so. Have been late a few times, but not a massive issue. Tonight we ordered around 19.25, for a delivery 8.05-8.25. No food arrived my 8.45, so called to enquire. Food then arrived at 9.15pm, to find out 1 of the food items was completely wrong (wrong meat and salad option). Rung up again, to explain they have the order wrong and they resent the order again. Arrived 9.50pm.... and arrived wrong again. If you want your correct order, and within a decent time then i wouldnt bother ordering here.

Our order was delivered Hot, and wrapped up in tin foil. Our food was absolutely delicious, and we enjoyed every bite. The Best Kebab House in Town. Thank you so much for the great service. The Smissen Family 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😁😁
