Eastry Fish Bar in Dover

Still following the old rules for COVID, with 2 in the shop at a time. But the fish and chips was good at a good price, so I can put up with the unneccesary rules.

Best fish and chips, friendly and generally jovial atmosphere

My wife and myself have visited this Chippy 3 times now whilst staying in Eastry over 3 weekends fish and chips are one of our favourites meals and I can say this is one of the best fresh flakey fish and lovely chips on every visit we ordered the other day went to the pub to pick up 2hours later it was perfect they kept an eye on us and as soon as they see us drink up the fish was cooked thank you

My mother lived near Eastry and we have been coming to this fish and chip shop on and off for over 30 years. The food and service have always been excellent. Beautiful flakey fish in a light delicious batter. As good as it gets.

Would recommend this chippy, we use it occasionally as my favourite place to go for freshly cook food, service is quick, if it's on the menu you may need to wait to have it cooked if it's not on display. staff are friendly and welcoming,

I got fish and chips and curry sauce from here for the first time as working nearby at Knowlton court live 97miles from here in Ware av to say its the best fish and chips ive had in years and the people serving were so friendly superb food and the curry sauce was quality am working here till next saturday will defo be going back for more food cheers

My husband and I have been using this fish and chips shop for over 10 years now - we just love it.The owners are on site and are both welcoming and friendly.We love haddock - it is nearly always freshly cooked for us. You can phone ahead if you would prefer not to wait and engage in village gossip and banter. We highly recommend them.
