Istanbul Grill Dover in Dover

The chicken shish inside my wrap was bland, tasted like chicken that had been seasoned with salt and pepper, did not taste the Turkish shish flavouring at all. The wrap was overpowered by the amount of onions in there. The chips were hard and over fried. The burger bun was over grilled, black burnt mark on the bun. The best part of the meal was the drinks! Cheap food but not worth it. I got this delivered and the staff over the phone were helpful.

I’ll start with the food is great. However, that’s where it ends, the order and delivery process was appalling. We ordered, got confirmation email and then I started following tracking. This remained on processing for over half an hour, which was how long delivery should have been. We then started phoning, however they didn’t answer the phone. In the end we drove down to collect ourselves to find they hadn’t started preparing our order. Waited another 20 minutes while they made it. No apology, no refund of what is a huge delivery charge. Will not order from here again

Just had the most amazing combination kebab from here. Chicken and lamb, lovely chips too followed by a tasty piece of cake.Great service and particularly nice people who I wish the best of luck to having opened inn such tough times.I will be back without question and just what this end of Dover needed.Many thanksSteve

That was delicious. Nice tender meat no chunky fatty bits.I like that you can choose wich salad and how much.The bread and the wrap are also really nice.And you get a good big portion we definitely going to order fron hete more often.So please keep uo up the quality and the portions.

Clean and neat seating, very friendly services, more importantly, very delicious food at reasonable price. We ordered a sea bass and a sea bream, both of them were all very tasty, one of the best grilled fishes we have ever had, highly recommended!

DO NOT ORDER FROM WEBSITE! placed an order on website but the restaurant diddnt receive the order even after payment is pending. Gave 3 stars as cash refund was given quickly. Looks like a nice place to eat, would love to try again.

finished a late shift and was going to order my dinner, when I phoned up the person that answered the phone said yes we are doing delivery still, I told him what I wanted and then out of the blue he said sorry no we can’t deliver that, it’s not enough food. I offered to pay extra for delivery and he put the phone down on me overall I’m not pleased with the service
