Kaspas in Dover

Desserts were nice, but surroundings were messy with menus everywhere. Looked like staff were extremely busy, despite only a few tables occupied (on a hot Saturday afternoon). Waited 5 mins to order, then another 10-15 for 2 desserts to arrive. Not the quietest place to eat a dessert, but great selection and the ones we had were tasty.

I came to sit in for a dessert and the workers said only take away even though there was only tow people sat in the whole kaspa’s. I tried to order a waffle, where one staff taking my order said sure then another worker says that she isn’t gonna make any more and slams her spatula down on the counter and walks off. Most of the stuff we wanted they said that they couldn’t be bothered to make and in general was very bad and disgusting customer service.

Very bad service, staff are not smiling and talking in a rude way, waitress she pushed my ice cream on table and I received it as you see below, bland coffee 🤮,I’ve asked about something they told me will find out and they never come back.long time waiting.The worst experience ever had. Won’t come backTerrible costumer service !!

Ordered our eat in order at 1600, told a 30min wait. 1item of the order came out after 20mins, the other 90% arrived 1700. Of the food we had it was very tasty, however my daughter had a milkshake which ended up with 2 pieces of plastic wrapper coming up through the straw, when I approached staff, to show them the possible choking hazard, the reply was 'Sorry, we've been busy'.Overall food was pleasant, customer service was shocking.

Told it would be 20-25 minutes. Took over an hour just for ice cream…on a Tuesday! Delivery orders were prioritized over in-house orders. An 11 year old was celebrating her birthday there and the group waited over an hour, as well. They also got their order wrong. Management needs to have more than two staff working….ridiculous…never coming back and don’t recommend to anyone. Go somewhere else.

First time visit, WOW its turned me into a 50year old kid, my mission now is to try evey ice cream on the menu, ( if i have time left lol 😆 ) Great staff also

Arrived here to get a take away dessert, was initially told of a half hour wait.Sat in the car to decide or deliberate. When we returned and joined the queue, the staff amongst them had decided to close the shop as they were too busy and understaffed? I just felt sorry for the couple in front of us they literally only wanted ice cream in a takeaway tub.I understand staffing or health and safety issues, but there are ways in dealing with this. The way this was done was not good and I feel there are better ways to deal with letting down customers.

Absolutely shocking service. Took ages to seat us, and even then majority of their tables hadn't been cleared. Not a single member of staff was wearing an apron resulting in every one of them to have stained uniform. No hair nets in sight either. There was no clear leadership behind the counter either, with our order taking nearly 45 minutes.

Amazing food, reasonably priced if you consider how big they are. Place is immaculate and plenty of seats. Quick service too.

Came for my nephews birthday and he was not disappointed. They bought his waffle out with candles singing happy birthday. Great service.We had....4x Halloween waffle thingies3x Bueno waffles1x minty sundae.Only got pictures of the halloweenie ones.
