KFC in Dover

First time eating here in many years. Was close to Silver Screen Cinema.Was disgusted by a large group of teenage boys behaviour. They left before us thsnkfully. They didn't put their rubbish in the bin provided. The floor had spilt drinks on it.Food was ok.Not sure we will eat in again.

Quick and easy. Ordered on there touch screen. Seemed very friendly. 4 stars because of parking. You can park in main car park, cost £1.30 an hour. Or road next to car park free for 20min. Walk about 100/200 meters.

Very very poor service, given voucher by KFC head office, whent to redeem this in Dover Market Square KFC team leader omniffie wouldn't accept voucher after after speaking to his manager, asked for managers name was given as Adrian and suddenly omniffie s name badge was removed when I asked for his name to make complaint, he had rather an attitude and kept whole que waiting while he called his manager, was offered 20% discount so left without food and took custom to favourite chicken in pencester, i recomend others to do same

Good food. Cooked fully. Clean environment.Friendly and helpful staff.Only 1 negative experience of having to show a staff member they sold what I asked for from their own wall menu, after she was convinced they didn't and wanted to argue rather than look at their own menu.

Fast service, nice hot food. Definitely so much better now it's had a makeover.

Food is good if eating in the restaurant but if ordering on just eat its hit and miss whether you will get all your order

I absolutely love their food like its amazing, I'm more of a spicy guy myself and well their spicy food is amazing. I would personally recommend the zinger chicken popcorn or the double zinger burger with the supercharger dip it is absolutely amazing and I recommend eating here 100%

KFC, food tastes good that's why you go. But slow staff, young man who served us was gormless. No idea maybe he was training, and if so supervision was poor

Service is generally quite fast. However, you always need to ask for sauces as they never give them to you.

We waited at the order area for 15 mins and no one said anything and ignored us. Not going backS bad customer service. If you want to be served within an hour you may aswell drive to London
