La Friends Pizzeria in Dover

Second time ordering from this place, last time food was decent and wasn't kept waiting for too long, however tonight the food which we was told would take 50 mins ended up taking nearly 1h 20 and when it arrived food was lukewarm, just moved too the area so will be looking for somewhere better than this to take my business in future

Just started using this place, best kebab in Dover no question. Chilli sauce is amazing 👍

Abouslty the best place I have ever ordered from this place is my number 1 favourite takeaway friendly staff good quality food 👌this coment was from when the old owners had it since the they have gone down hill I ordered tje la friends spical pizza and my patner order the mixed Donner kebab let's just say when I got the delivery witch was on time I gave my patner his not and opened my pizza it looked like it had been dropped and so I checked my second pizza and again it looked like it had been dropped thinking to my self it can happen I decided to tuck in it was hot just like it should be but as I took my second bite I had a bone I stopped eating and put both pizzas to the side my patner ate all of his kebab but said it was a bit dry we went out that evening nit eating I drinking anything while we were out and my patner was violently sick we had to get a taxi home as he could not drive back though feeing unwell the next day he felt a bit better but not 100% and carried out his daily tasks. This was February 2022 this happend so in my appion don't order from here again since then we have used a different takeaway and it has been amazing

Driver stood outside my property for at least 5 mins whilst talking to his friend. My pizza arrived 45 mins late, stone cold. The law states food should be a minimum of 63 degrees, as a chef myself and having numerous probes, unfortunately my pizza was a shocking 29.6 degrees. I ring up and outline this issue and was told "do what you want to do". Hi risk in these conditions. You should be very ashamed. Photos have been taken and will send to environmental health officers.

Really sorry to say but the salt was terrible over both pizza and the children who are only 5 said the could taste salt. We never complain about anything and use Lerfriends a lot so really disappointed that last night we had to put our dinner in bin.

Just had delivery of 4 soggy and cold pizza worst I have every had can not get a answer on phone do not buy from I would never buy from again and hope you would do the same

Would avoid this place completely, ended up with food poisoning, this is not even a 1 star for me, will never use again

I ordered through their website, got my order cancelled 20 minutes in, and when I rang up I got a load of excuses. Add to that the fact that the price on the website was lower than the price I got when I rang up, fair to say I was pretty annoyed at having to waste 15 minutes on the phone. Eventually though, they told me they would expedite my order and give me a very small discount after I made it clear I wouldn't pay the new price. The pizza arrived after 30 minutes, but they forgot to bring the card machine as they said they would, so I had to answer the door twice. The pizza itself was okay though, if a little bit cold. Overall, I'd say they need to work on their customer service, and I doubt I'd go back, but I'm sure this was just a one off hiccup, and most of the time they'd get a much better rating. For me though, 2 stars.

Pretty sure pizza's are meant to be round?!Second time we have had to complain when ordering from here. First time the pizza's were stone cold.Complained this time and was told we would get something free, an hour later pizza's turned up round and hot this time but when asked where was our free thing the driver just shrugged his shoulders.Will not be ordering from here again...

Amazing food! We had pizza’s and burgers, very well made pizzas which a generous amount of toppings. The service was excellent, very friendly helpful people who helped decide what would go good with our meals. Will come back here again.
