Morrisons Cafe in Dover

I know it's not the Ritz. But not a good start sadly to father's day. Here's why it took over 40 minutes for breakfast to arrive (short of staff and the one's that knew what to do didn't appear to be there)wasn't that hot we had a part refund which didn't really make up for it! My daughter was upset which is the main point of putting this out there. Its a shame pull your socks up Morrisons management there's plenty of other places!

Usually ok but today turned away as no food/only 2 staff on. Surely as kids are off, extra staff should be available

I'd like to the service is brilliant but the menu isn't great as you walk in as I saw people eating food that wasn't on the menu.Also I order a fry up there was no option to have grilled or peeled plum tomatoes no hash brown for a small breakfast and you gave me one whole mushroom when in other restaurants do sliced and the toast was far to thick

Went for breakfast mid morning. The staff were friendly but over stretched. The place was disgusting, every table dirty food and drink all over the floors under the tables. Although the breakfast was hot and tasty we had to wait 35mins, don't order using the self service as it doesn't tell you delay time. Wouldn't go again. 2 staff can't cover that amount of tables.

No one cleaning tables or floor we had to moove table because it was disgusting we have been hear 20 mins and still no effort to do any cleaning from any member of staff if you want a clean place to eat tjis is not it

Tells you wait at entrance to be seated. No one there to seat you. Stood there for a while still no one there to seat you. So sat down at a table. One person from our group of four. Went and ordered a drink and food. No issues. Second person got told had to fill out a covid-19 test/trace form before they could be served. Not a problem but why didn't the first person in our group get told that?? If your going to do something like that do it for everyone.Then member of staff came to the table wanting everyone to fill.out a form. Where is the continuity??Either do it properly or don't do it at all. It just confuses people.Other than that food was fine as always. Came out quickly and hot. Staff member that brought the food over was polite hand helpful.

Great Food! Lovely setting. I love this place! If you are hungry, forget going anywhere else in town because the staff will sort you right out with your food. It is a fast response for your food and they still make thw quality of it delicious and filling, very very filling. Cheers for continuosly serving us, keep up the great work, Jamie.

Always guaranteed a good meal or snack at least price. its the only way I can get my partner to come shopping is to promise he can have a cooked breakfast there (children eh??). The store is operating from a temp building at present due to fire - but still manages to have a brilliant stock of food products. Also no restaurant although I did notice a coffee machine..not sure why though :)

Morrisons now has more staff for a while and the deli is now open earlier. Nice helpful staff all round. The cafeteria is nice good food etc but at times the counter is not staffed and you ha ve to wait to pay. Pity, its the only let down.

A lovely clean cafe within Morrisons, We stopped here during a day out for a refuel. My daughter loved her Banoffee Muffin and Strawberry Milk. I was able to build my own breakfast getting just what i want. Prices are really good.
