Nando's in Dover

Absolutely the best service and delicious meal. They even allowed a taste of something I’d never heard of. I had the sunset burger. Two thick juicy, chicken thighs, delicious sauce, fluffy mashed potatoes, and fresh tomatoes and lettuce. They were patient as I had an issue with my apple pay and card. Very welcoming and generous manager.

My husband's first time and he was pleasantly surprised. Still so tasty after so many years. How a chain should be done for flavor. Customer service was excellent.

Nando’s is a MUST STOP if you are staying in Dover. We visited for 2 days and Nando’s was the only place we ate. They have clean, healthy food, with a good kick of spice! Great place to have a filling meal. Their staff is also the best of the best, with employees who will put a smile on your face!

Absolutely great service, friendly staff, great food. I've ordered liver and pita bread and it came Piping hot and so yummy. I can highly recommend this Nandos - right next to Cineworld in Dover

Nothing special, frozen chips, overcooked chicken and very dry, I really don't get it why they have the overall rating so good. We had a boneless platter to share for £24.75 and I will definitely not visit them again.

On a week day eve, when there is less crowd. I decided to pop in this nandos branch. Normally service are top rated, where the waiter/waitress will ask how was you meal (normally its when my mouth is too full to reply) . Today was diffrent . No questions when I dined, meaning I could not tell them that they were missing my order 20 min later some one comes when i ordered another item and I asked to get the missing part of my meal , (salad in my pita) he said he will check . No responce for a long time. Another sever spotted i had not eaten the meal after 30 min and managed to get salad. Food was good. Too bad on their service.

Normally the food & service isn't too bad - but something definitely went wrong the other evening.Food cold, with sides a bit dried out.Food was definitely not up to the normal standard....also, it seemed the fellow who served us, didn't really want to be there - or perhaps he just struggles with social skills.But on the + side, the manager was was really friendly and helpful.

We had a really good meal here.The friendly service was just great.As a German I didn't know the system of this restaurant and the young man taking our order was amazingly patient with me.Thanks for this great lunch time!

The overall experience was OK, there were a few things out of the servers control which caused a few problems and delays but once they realised there was an issue they sorted it. Ran out of a few things, we know there is a chicken shortage on a the mo so it wasn't a real biggie but they were out of wings, thighs, corn, and almost out chips. That's like half the menu. But our server Billy was great and helped sort out any problems. I forgot to tip him and feel real bad about it as he was awesome.

As a South African my experience of Nando's is so high, there is a big difference between SA and UK.So the only way to experience Nando's is to eat there grilled chicken not their burgers or raps in the UK they have a long way to come before I eat a burger again.The staff are friendly and helpful, the only thing is when ordering online when you seated in the restaurant the orders get mixed up.Staff 4\5Restaurants 5\5Food-4\5
