New China Town Chinese Takeaway in Dover

This Chinese takeaway should be avoided at all costs. It's one of the worst I've ever come across and I'm surprised it's still open given the poor quality of the food

Ordered at 6:30pm with a delivery time of 7:30pm, food doesn't arrive and get 5 consecutive messages spread apart through the next hour and finally gets delivered at 9pm after several calls to chase them being told they're very busy. 2.5 hrs for delivery is a complete failure and the worst delivery service I've ever seen. Won't be using this shop again via just eat its the 3rd occasion of having delays with delivery. EXTREMELY POOR!

The best Chinese takeaway in Dover without a doubt. Always great tasting Chinese food at reasonable prices, the portion sizes are decent and we have ordered repeatedly via Just Eat with no problems. Delivery has also been excellent and within reasonable time. Highly recommended, we will be back! :)

Ordered via justeat. Part of my order did not arrive. Proprietor did not believe me, said I was a liar. Would not refund me so sent the missing items 2 hours later. Avoid at all costs. Terrible place.

We ordered food at 7pm and they stated it would take 1 hr. When we contacted the restaurant they said the food was being prepared. We then were told it would be with us soon. We got a message from just eat saying there was a delay and the food would be 1hr. 1 1/2hrs passed and no food had arrived and the restaurant won't answer the phone. I can't even say how the food was as it never arrived. The staff on the phone were not helpful and just apologised saying there was nothing they could do about it. Poor service from a reputable restaurant. We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

Have ordered food from this restaurant three times now. Each time the food was barely warm. More inclined to think that this problem is down to Just Eats poor delivery service and not the restaurant. Will not be using again.

Food is good but the waiting times are absolutely ridiculous!! I've ordered 6 times with them and every single time my order was 2 HOURS LATE!!!There are so many other places that do as good quality Chinese food and don't take as long!!I will not be using them again

Ok so this is my favourite Chinese takeaway, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a real Chinese food experience. Friendly and fast service. It's not over priced and the portions are huge. I always eat from here. It's always very busy and that's because the food is the best.

I use this new china town regularly they are not too greasy, I've always had my food on time still hot, and once when the order had spilled on route I phoned them and immediately then sent replacements no quibble. I've tried others in dover and I am not a fan of them.

Terrible, awful food. I've visited most of the Chinese takeaways in Dover and this is easily the worst of them all. The food is never cooked well, never tastes nice at all and the crispy duck was ridiculously dry. I've had dry crispy duck other places as well but never anywhere nearly as dry as here.My parents ordered from here a while ago and were both sick the next day with stomach problems. Maybe - I'd best add - it wasn't the food from here, but why risk it?Dover has a good range of Chinese takeaways. Just try another one. Any of them.
