Sandwich Kebab Fish & Chips in Dover

Used to order from here alot and went elsewhere as the food went down hill, thought we would try again tonight and what a mistake that was, part of the order was missing and when I rang to complain the man on the phone said he had to many orders to sort bringing the missing food back out, haha so much for customer service, definitely won't ordering from here again and would advise you not to either.

Always order from here, excellent food, always hot, salad always fresh and a decent portion everytime 😊

Will never order from here ever again, used to be really nice but it's gone down hill majorly, on the app it still states that it's buy one get one free deal on the pizzas for Monday, I got they told me they won't adhere to their offer so I just thought I'd still order, received my order with missing items too. The food was all greasy and became ill for nearly a week after, no thanks I'm never trying it again

What a shame! I ordered a bbq chicken pizza with extra bbq sauce and a doner meat with lots of garlic sauce ended up with doner meat containing both garlic sauce and bbq sauce what a combination! When I called to discuss they said they were closing and wouldn’t be able to sort it. It was that bad I had to throw it away and order from elsewhere. Bbq and garlic sauce really??

There’s no option to leave no stars unfortunately, came in Sunday for 2 portions of chips, the most vile things we have ever tasted, soggy yet undercooked and tasted like nothing but old oil, and for the price there wasn’t much there, although that’s probably a good thing because it was all fit for the bin!

Haven't eaten from here many times.. always enjoyed, this time the fish looked like it's been cooked 2/3 times.. and I think they forgot to add the large chips!! Won't be ordering on a Saturday night again.. disappointed.

Ordered the cod & chips, a burger & chips and a portion of mozzarella sticks today.Was impressed with the delivery time and the food was all still hot.The cod was an impressive size and my partner enjoyed it.The burger was tasty, not gristly at all and the chips were piping hot but a little tasteless.The worst part of the meal was the mozzarella sticks that lacked cheese and had a wierd tasting coating that wasn't to our liking.Other than that a good meal

Rude staff on the phone ( gail) .undercooked, watery, part of order missing, a whole lamb kebab plus another pitta bread missing. Gail rude and arguementive on the phone and she put phone down. Have had meals here in the past, very nice, last 2 terrible. Won't order here again. Complaint sent to just eat.

Been using these guys since they launched definitely the best in Dover everything arrives hot on time or early, tasty pizzas tasty kebabs and they do proper chip shop chips. Awesome

Just ordered a 10" Italian Garlic supreme pizza and small cod and chips, the chips were your standard fish and chips but a really great portion size, batter was a little soggy so could have been cooked more to be a bit crispier but still good. The pizza though was absolutely amazing! For a pizza this tasty and size, it was 100% worth £7.50. This was my first time having a garlic sauce base instead of tomato... Game changer!
