Subway in Dover

The store is always clean and presentable. The staff are always polite and really helpful. A nice dining experience.

came in today to have a quick bite and was greeted by two members of staff heni and Maisie. They were lovely and very chatty it really made my day. They made me my sandwich super quick and I had excellent customer service. Well done girls you really made my day, thank you a smile goes such a long way

Good food as always in subway but staff here were more interested in talking to each other than actually serving the customers. Maybe I just went in on a bad day...

Perfect for what it is, with the exception of coffee, I ask for black, they give me white 80% of the time.

This has to be the worst Subway franchise ever! The staff are so uninterested and careless to the point of embarrassment and genuine shock. If I could have left 0 stars, I would have.They don’t seem to care about wearing gloves, something I thought was mandatory throughout branches. They have friends come in to chat to them during shifts and ignore customers, leaving them standing there. I saw a member of staff come straight in from a cigarette break, not wash her hands or put gloves on. Just put on an apron and started making a sub!

I turned up at subway today at 8pm and this woman waiting left for the time she waited but for a further 5 - 10 minutes later I finally got served but I'm sorry but I don't think it's provesional to be having a laugh and joke in the back its disrespectful for customers it was dead in the shop and both lady's at the back part away from customers unaware we was there it's not on and been going on for a while now

Came in a couple of days ago and the customer service was fab! I was served by a young girl with dark hair who was very chatty with me which I love! Just completely made my first experience to subway great! Will be back! Food was lush!
