McDonald's in East Hampshire

For the first time I felted like I was eating "plastic food" . Our burgers ( 3 burgers ) were cold. My fries were cold and overcooked. My boyfriend choose salad and they don't even put a fork in our take away bag. The screen to check the orders was not working. Lots of people waiting in the queue. Definitely I'm not coming back to this place.

Very messy place, chips allover floor. Friendly staff but I been served with COLD FOOD. When ask abut it I got replaced with cold food again!!!!. Aircon is still going inside make place like fridge. No ketchup or side tame available.a lots off cars queuing to drive through and blocking petrol station and roundabout. People are waiting outside off building in very bad weather 🙄.Manager off that place should be fired on spot !!!!

Never have I been to such a terrible restaurant waited over 20 minutes for food couldn’t get the order right workers slow and no attention to detail. One of the staff will didn’t like being complained to and was rude . The manager apprently Reece Carter absolutely useless . Didn’t like being told what to do . Sadly welcome to the real world if you can’t handle a complaint find another job a formal complaint is being brought against you and Will . No sauce offered coke no ice . Will not be going here again until they can educate and get a decent manager

i ordered a triple cheeseburger with only ketchup only cheese it said that it was only ketchup only cheese on the packet but I took a bite and the gherkins mustard and onions were still in there and as i didn’t have time to go back i just wasted my money

Absolutely Fantastic branch. You would not in a million years believe this is McDonald's. Staff are super nice and lovely. They literally give you Michelin Star service. It's so good it's unbelievable! Thank you guys so much. If I drive down there again, I will one hundred percent stop here to have food. Literally cannot fault this place even if I tried hard.

Always a great speedy service when we go here, fav breakfast stop on way to a car boot sale. Never waiting too long even when they're clearly busy. Keep it up team

Nice place to have a break. More limited time to be able to park then most in UK. Its 1.5 hours not 2-3 so be careful nobody like parking tickets.Place itself was clean and look after, staff sims to be friendly so can't really fault it. Food was as expected in Mcdonald's...

Rubbish, literally rubbish. I used to always rate this place (McDonald's at Petersfield) as 5 Star but I have noticed a major deterioration recently and today it has to be 1 Star. I was order number 15 but numbers 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 were served up before me even though I saw my meal sitting there getting cold. As a result, a lot of what we ordered was cold, so much so that I had to return the chips and 2 coffees and request replacements. The floor of the place is filthy with an apparent film of grease all over it along with several amounts of rubbish and food waste strewn about. At least five tables had rubbish left on them and over a dozen had not been cleaned. All of the bins were full and overflowing. The gents toilet was disgusting with wee all over the floor along with several paper items, the loo roll in the cubicle was left standing on the floor, the urinals were heavily stained (although waterless they still require periodic cleaning) and the smell was such that I had to hold my breath. The music (admittedly not to my taste) was so loud that I almost had to shout when asking at the counter for some sugar. Several of the outside tables had rubbish on them and most appeared to have not been wiped for quite a while along with all of those bins overflowing as well. It appears that there is a major shortage of staff but that cannot be an excuse for such a recent major reduction in standards. I will give the place one more go and if there is not a significant improvement I will take my money elsewhere!

Terrible, bought the new vegan burger and all I got was a salad roll. When I complained I was told " you need to come back tonight to get a refund"

Lovely restaurant with pleasant surroundings. Despite being busy food was served quickly and hot. Colouring for my youngest to keep her occupied too. Very nice restaurant
