The Crown Inn Arford in East Hampshire

£60 for two drinks and two roasts. Nice place and the food was ok but the beef was as tough as an old boot.

Visited here yesterday, Always ring first because of the type of business and i didn't Want to turn up un announced e t c.. The bloke who owns and runs it, is an Absolute Legend.. He's such a genuine decent guy, He goes above and beyond to help anyone out.. He always makes us feel welcome, i always feel the opposite of course.. So when on their premises, i always make sure i give my service 100% .. Carried out our service in the gents and resolved any issues that may have occurred before the last visit.. Hardly ever open. Poor service. Expensive pricing. No atmosphere with few customers. Can't see how it will survive

Such a lovely place in a small village. Lovely gardens to enjoy drinks and food. Went for a Sunday roast which was nice.

So I wouldn’t normally give 5 stars to a pub or bar unless there is a very wide selection of craft beers/ales as that’s my preference to where I drink. Therefore I should be giving 4 stars as to be consistent. However, the service was fantastic! They made me feel like a local, the food was lovely and I really want to go back. It is a bit of a distance for me to travel for a pub lunch but I recon it’s worth it. Worth a visit on the friendliness of the staff alone, food can always be a subjective topic but going on my lunch it was wonderful.

Recently moved to the area and what a great local to have! The food is amazing. The sunday roast is outstanding and probably the best I've ever had!! Lovely staff too!

We held our small wedding reception for us and our 12 guests at The Crown just before Christmas 2020. We were bowled over by the food and service provide by Adriano and the team. The room was laid out in our small tables, with our menu printed and beautifully presented. The small touches made it so special. The food was delicious! We would highly recommend The Crown at Arford.

Exceptional food, including vegan and vegetarian dishes you would find in London best restaurants. Lovely old world cozy gastropub refurbished to a high standard where we have had wonderful relaxing experiences before lockdown. The staff are most welcoming and accommodating. It was always a pleasure to spend an evening there. We can't wait to be able to visit again. Highly recommended

Since the new owners, the pub has been tastefully refurbished and retained its character. The food was excellent with a price to match. The menu is changed daily as the food is always cooked fresh. Hopefully, the cost doesn't put too many people off from paying regular visits though.

Love the effort the staff are making. Food very different from a standard pub with menu changing daily. Fresh and local ingredients. Our meal was beautifully cooked and presented. We were welcomed and looked after. They have a young team learning the trade, so help them with constructive suggestions, not criticism. Fabulous to have such a pub in our village.
