A really nice pub and very friendly staff. We went for a club meeting of the BMW GB owners club. Great meeting room and the food was delicious. I had the chorizo burger. Best burger I have had in a very very long time. Looking forward to going again.

From first contact by phone to sampling the wonderful food on offer I would highly recommend a visit to this place. With the permission of the Eanna, the manager I was able to stay in my motorhome overnight, I was able to attend my nieces wedding at a local venue without the hassle of a long trip from Yorkshire. Top marks from a Yorkshire man is a hard thing to achieve, but this place and the team definitely deserves a five star review.

The food was good, arrived quickly and fairly good sized portions for mains however the dessert portions are laughable and not worth the money. Would eat here again but have starters instead of desserts. Staff were friendly and service was good

Lovely coffee stop on our bike ride with a selection of coffees to choose from and home made cakes.

The food is very good, although surprising that some of the most popular English brunch dishes like Sausage and mash was not available although we were very early. The staff is very friendly but it took a long time for service.

My first time visiting the place and I absolutely loved it. Really cosy and welcoming atmosphere where you can just relax and enjoy your food, a good conversation with friends, a glass of wine by the fire on a cold day or a g&t at the beautiful garden on a sunny day. Shabby chic decor, flowers on the table, beautiful views - it has it all.The staff were attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious (I had a soup of the day and one of the toasties - exactly what I needed on a gloomy day!). Would definitely come back and recommend visiting after a long walk, on a special occasion or on just another weekday evening.

One of our fave places to go for roast dinner have been many times and will always go back. They are also dog friendly and our little sausage dog loves joining us for roast. It’s busy and can be tricky to get staff at times BUT we will always go back, the staff are lovely & the food is good.

Really nice day staff were great! 50th birthday with 10 of us. The atmosphere was great, very picturesque pub.The only negatives were we had to wait around 40 minutes for the starters, but really nice when they came. Mains were tasty great portion size, again only little niggle was the roast potatoes very dry and over cooked.Overall great experience and will definitely be going again.
