Great food,very friendly staff,had a great day

Such a nice little pub. Right next to a lovely woodland with walks everywhere! Great food and drink and set back far away from any noisy main roads. Great garden with lots of seating. Win win

We had a lovely time with 2 friends. The Sunday roast was excellent and the service could not be faulted. One of the highlights of going there was meeting Bruno.... the pub dog. What a beautiful, good natured labrador he is. So regal sitting in his arm chair. Thank you for a great Sunday afternoon.

My husband & I went here today for lunch (and pudding) and took our 9 week old puppy with us. The service was incredible, the owners were so lovely and chatty, food was delicious (and also fab portion sizes). The food came out after a short wait; was very fresh and piping hot, they checked back in with us shortly after to make sure all was okay, and were prompt clearing the dishes and offering us more drinks and desserts. Both my husband & I also commented on how beautifully presented the food was. Could honestly not fault a single thing. The environment was fantastic too; it was cosy and warm on a cold day. We look forward to visiting again soon and enjoying many more wonderful meals here.

Great local pub, good food, and best of all Bruno the house dog.

Great atmosphere, really lovely food. Sausage, onion gravy and mash... As good as you can get. All three of us thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Sticky toffee pudding.... Lovely. Worth finding this pub, would definately go again

Second time we have eaten at this pub and it does not disappoint. The Sunday roasts are amazing and every aspect of the meal was pretty much perfect! The staff are very attentive and friendly in addition to the food which I think is equally as important. We will definitely go back and highly recommend.

The Prince of Wales is an excellent pub which is in the Haslemere area. Plenty of parking and adjacent to many walking trails, it is set in a rural location that has lots of charm. There is a great selection of beers and there are frequent "guest ales". The food is the standout. You can tell it is all freshly prepared and there are lots of choices. They also can do gluten free which is helpful as my son is gluten sensitive. The staff is excellent and there is seating both indoors and outdoors. Finally, there is a playground and it is dog friendly. The landlords/managers are awesome and welcoming to groups ranging from sports teams, cyclists and walkers. It's a great traditional pub that offers good food, beer, has a great staff in a very nice location - what else could you ask for?

We would recommend the Prince of Wales, a very warm welcome the locals made us feel welcome everybody was in their own bubbles at this time , and the food was definitely 6 stars we will be back

Very, very good indeed. Didn't expect this standard. Service is timed well and polite, food is pretty much faultless. We are about to have desserts, will update accordingly. Highly recommended.Edit:Outstanding desserts.
