Buskers Bar in Eastbourne

If you want to meet a selection of characters that will either horrifiy, or delight you, this is the pub. It is a community pub, everyone seems to know each other, I think it's a good experience go there.

I've always walked past this place as it looks teenager-ish (I'm 75). However, popped in the other day in between two of my regular haunts and found beer good, staff and punters friendly, good atmosphere. Customers average age about 50 I'd guess. Anyway, good pub!

I had left my rucksack outside by one of the seats and it contained my keys, I'd medication and other valuables.it was handed to the bar man and was returned...HOW HONEST IS THAT.SO IF YOU WANT A PLACE YOU CAN TRUST ID SAY ITS DEFINITELY UP THE TOP.A MAN AT THE BAR EVEN BROUGHT ME A DRINK COZ I WAS SO TIRED AFTER GOING AS FAST AS POSSIBLE TO GET THERE.YOU CANT ASK FOR A NICER PLACE AND PEOPLE.

Background music was great taking me back to the 70/80's nice place to watch the football nice clear crisp pint of strongbow with Man Utd winning 5-1 what more does one need, next tim I'm in the area definatly come in again thank you

This is a very nice looking bar with two sides of the bar last year we visited they had a great band on but obviously not now but they have a great jukebox this was a second visit this trip staff were welcoming and efficient toilets are clean and have alternative names for ladies and gents which was amusing I will visit again when I am in Eastbourne
