Has good music and is a nice place to meet with friends.

The staff are always friendly and efficient. In particular Amy is always cool calm and collected whilst maintaining an excellent rapport with customers and keeping things running very smoothly.

I have come here a few times and the service has differed massively depending on who's on shift. At the end of the day it is a chain so the quality of the drinks and food are normally pretty good. Additionally the lighting does make me feel a bit spaced out if you are sitting at the back of the cafe. I would recommend this place for takeaway on a quiet day as the staff are pretty calm and quick. But otherwise the pressure does seem to get to them and the quality and service goes down.

Usually a very pleasant experience. However i went there this morning on a quiet Sunday. The lady serving spent around 10 minutes talking to a chap to which she hadn't asked what he wanted yet. She had looked over at us three times but seemed to not care and carried on the conversation. After 5 minutes she asked what he wanted and spent more time chatting before she made the coffee. We left the coffee shop after waiting a long period of time as i felt she had no care.

Always polite and helpful. Needs to be a bigger establishment but keep the staff. They make the place.

Really good cafe run by local people. Friendly service and good food at great price. Will go there again.

Everyone is super nice and friendly. Coffee is fine and pastry too. I'm in love with their blueberry muffins, they're so soft!
